The contractors were very prompt and professional and start a new work and completing it throughout the process. appreciate the fact that they move everything out of the way so that they could paint and they put everything back where it was after they were finished.. there was one instance where the paint color didn't match and he was polite enough to go back and get the right color tint that I wanted.

QFB(ATI) came so highly recommended by our ServPro professional, we HAD to reach out, and what a lucky break it WAS! We had weather damage which caused months of disruption and damage but once we involved QFB, they took care of EVERYTHING! I can’t give this company 5 stars without giving OUR project managers 10!!! Due to the personal involvement and diligent care of Nick Anderson, and the fabulous craftsmen he brought to us, we were practically carried through this process. If you have ceilings, moldings or painting ahead of you, BEG for Fernando, need a moving/clean-up crew, BEG for Vicki, SO careful, SO thorough, she even takes before-pictures so things go back exactly as they were. We ALSO made a profoundly fortunate decision to have QFB present and representing us when the Insurance Assessor did their walk-through! You will be grateful to know that QFB uses the same software...

The building process can be frustrating but ATI was excellent to work with even when hiccups occurred. I cannot commend them enough. From the top tier of managers Carlos Catalani to my those who were at the home, Sam E. Rubens Martens, Rodrigo, Alan, Mielady and her team and the office staff Belinda, Macy, Stacy, they took care of every need and responded quickly. When there were delays they reassured me and all worked out for the good. All of the repairs done were to highest standards!

Thanks to all of them all for restoring my home to make it a beautiful place to live again!

After hours sewer overflow was handled timely and professionally.
Technician Ruben Quiroz, was onsite in a little over an hour after the claim was reported. He cleaned everything up & set some equipment.
Adrian Morales communicated the process and provided daily progress updates.

From the beginning in starting my claim and throughout the whole process of replacing my roof on my house was installed with pride and the roofing staff( workers) were professionals and hard working, they installed the roof including the removal of the old roof in 1 1/2 day, The workers cleaned up around my house, also the covered the top part of my airconditioning unit so that no objects would land inside the unit. Hats of to the roofing team. Also a partial screening job was done that took a little bit in someone coming out to my house , But when Omar The installer arrived he completed the job.
