QFB Builders restored our home that had become a hazmat site due to mold in the walls. Nearly half of our home had to become an isolation zone. After drying out the home, a bathroom, kitchen, family room, laundry room, pantry and hallway were stripped to the studs, mitigated, remediated and eventually declared mold free. During demolition they were able to save the custom kitchen I had installed a decade earlier and restored it beautifully. We experienced a shower pipe leak that ruined bathroom cabinetry. We decided to go ahead and remodel the entire bathroom using QFB. We are very happy with the results. Todd, the project manager, was great. He was very responsive and communicated well throughout the entire process. When we needed to have some refinements made to the remodel or questions. We had the best experience with QFB starting with Bob the operation manager who kindly fast tracked our project and helped with wise counseling as to how to go about the process of restoration. Rob, the project manager was amazing with the scheduling of the different phases of the project, his crew, like Pablo and Tiago did great with the walls and floors. Mileidy the contents manager was very supporting and her crew including Lucy were exceptional with the handling of all content and cleaning after. I used the services of QFB property restoration to replace the flooring on the first floor of my home. I’m very happy with the results of the floor as it looks better than the floor that was originally put in. All the crews involved in the project very professional and did a great job restoring my floor. However. I’d like to give a special shout out to Mileidy and Monika and their team for their attention to detail in packing all my China, miscellaneous items and all my furniture and moving it to a safe location in my home. They were careful not to scratch anything. They packed blankets on all furniture, and every piece of China was individually wrapped and boxed. The communication was excellent. This was an insurance claim so the budget for them was already low. This didn’t stop them from doing a much better job than what had previously been done. The packout was quick and effortless. The lead was very communicative. Even though the floor was being replaced, they took care not to further damage it while removing furniture and every box was labeled with our name, the room it came from and what generally was in the box. The lead pack out person is exemplary and very good at what she does.

The replacement of the floors was a huge process as it was 95% of the entire lower level of the house. Randy the project manager was very communicative, even on his scheduled time off.
