Stopped by without an appt to ask Joleme if I should go to ER, but she was able to squeeze me in for an urgent visit for strange new Lupus flare symptoms. Front office staff is kind and efficient. Kendall, the PA, is so knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr, Reddy is ever diligent about treatment and follow through. The entire team takes amazing care of me and I am very grateful for their commitment to my life journey.

I have been seen by Dr Reddy for my arthritis for many years. She has always listened to me regarding my condition. Her office has grown as well in what she can offer her patients. I’m very happy with my experience at the Arthritis Care, and Research Center. Dr.Reddy is very thorough, and caring. My primary doctor referred me to her because I wasn’t very happy with my former rheumatologist.
Dr. Reddy helped me decide on some health solutions that were in my best interest. I appreciate her kind bedside manner, and her patience in explaining things I questioned.
I highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a doctor in her field!

I was diagnosed with arthritis as a child. Now in my 50's and having had MANY rheumatologists over the years, I can hands down say Dr Reddy has been the best doctor of them all. I first met her about 20 years ago and was saddened when she left my network. Once back in, I came right back and even paid out of pocket when I was out of a job at one point. She listens, doesn't scoff at concerns about possible reactions to medication, and has a nice balance of western and holistic medicine to treat the whole person.
I cannot say enough good things about her care and treatment.
Update: after reading other reviews, I want to say my rating is about my care experience with the Dr. I do have to make frustrating concessions regarding her office staff. They are very friendly and helpful in person, but it seems that nothing gets done virtually unless Jolene handles the issue...

I am always taken on time. Sometimes I get confused during conversations with my doctor due to my hearing issue. Therefore, I ask questions and bring my spouse. I also take notes.

I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and her associates at Arthritis Care and Research Center. Under her care my health has improved dramatically. My pain is under control and I am again able to do things that I couldn't before I met her. She is genuinely concerned about my health and has set higher goals for my well being that I would have ever hoped for on my own.
