I was diagnosed with arthritis as a child. Now in my 50's and having had MANY rheumatologists over the years, I can hands down say Dr Reddy has been the best doctor of them all. I first met her about 20 years ago and was saddened when she left my network. Once back in, I came right back and even paid out of pocket when I was out of a job at one point. She listens, doesn't scoff at concerns about possible reactions to medication, and has a nice balance of western and holistic medicine to treat the whole person.
I cannot say enough good things about her care and treatment.
Update: after reading other reviews, I want to say my rating is about my care experience with the Dr. I do have to make frustrating concessions regarding her office staff. They are very friendly and helpful in person, but it seems that nothing gets done virtually unless Jolene handles the issue...

They know what they are doing.

I am always taken on time. Sometimes I get confused during conversations with my doctor due to my hearing issue. Therefore, I ask questions and bring my spouse. I also take notes.

I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and her associates at Arthritis Care and Research Center. Under her care my health has improved dramatically. My pain is under control and I am again able to do things that I couldn't before I met her. She is genuinely concerned about my health and has set higher goals for my well being that I would have ever hoped for on my own.

Dr. Reddy is an amazing physician and such a great doctor to have on your team for rheumatologic condition followup. She is thorough and truly spends the 30+ minutes with patients and truly listens to complaints or and problems and works with patients to see what testing and treatment if any is needed. She actually asks to be updated on your medical status with other providers outside her specialty, something that's unfortunately very rare these days with many physicians only focusing on their specialty and ignoring the rest of the picture. I've only been seeing her for less than 6 months but I said after my second appointment that she has a really calming healing energy and she's very thorough and knowledgeable and works together with patients and goes over the results of testing with patients in a way that's easy to understand. Another doctor on my team had recommended I follow up...

Received messages changing appointment time day before appointment. Called number given to respond and was told it was a mistake. Then received message from office saying time was changed to later in the day. Could not make that time so I called the office during office hours and message said office closed. Called back to original non office number and was offered a time I could make. Really a pain in the neck. Office visit was easy & uneventful regular checkup.
