AA Ron did a stellar job training a large class. He had great knowledge of title 13 etc.

I recently brought in my vintage 1911 Springfield Armory for a deep clean and mechanical tune-up, and they treated it with the utmost care and expertise. Not only was the online training class informative, but it was entertaining in a way that made it truly memorable. The range day was also very enlightening. Bill is probably the most entertaining instructor I have ever had the privilege of being trained by, & the rest of the team was just as great to learn from. They were super helpful with the fingerprint process, & even have a rental service if you need a qualifying weapon. Personally I intend to recommend Arrow to everyone that asks me about certifications, whether it be armed, baton, OC spray, taser, or unarmed. They even have a simulator with countless scenarios for active shooter training.

The armed class taught by arrow security was great. Bill Gaston is hilarious, his team knowledgeable, and taught everyone a great deal.

As prior military and law enforcement, I can say arrow security staff did really well in running the class. They were professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. When prizon Town Gun Range opens up if they ever need a secondary range to operate out of they are more then welcome there!

Great people. The guy in the videos is thr same guy who trains new and returning guards. I went through then for both unarmed and armed.

Great staff, extremely knowledgeable, they utilize a simulator before going to the range which is a great tool. They even allow people to rent time on their simulator to help people train for a vast possibility of scenarios. At the range they don't do the typical qualify you and you're good to go. They actually go beyond that and train you on additional firearm handling and shooting scenarios to better help you to be prepared BEFORE they will sign off on your licensing, which I think it's amazing!
Word of advice, if you have NEVER handled a firearm before or have minimal firearm experience, DO NOT sign up for the security firearms course UNTIL you have taken some firearms training courses first, because you will fail! Their instructors DO NOT mess around when it comes to firearm safety on the range or in the field! So, do yourself a favor and take one of their training courses...

Unarmed guard class was informative and reasonably priced. I would recommend to others.

Great place to get your guard card and guard renewal very knowledgeable staff plus you can get your guard card, Fingerprints, photos all in one place instead of running around everywhere. You can also buy supplies, including firearms. I highly recommend arrow security.

Cool instructor, straight to business. Class was so laid back. It didn’t feel like a hour class hours.

5 star review for the boys over at Arrow Security! Their crew is working hard to create a culture of supporting guards in the AZ valley with training, defensive tactics, and helping with licensing. I’ve never had any issues with taking my courses, getting paperwork done, getting resources and knowledge I need to continue being a proficient armed guard. To Bill & Aaron thank you guys for all your hard work, and to anybody wondering if classes are worth while I definitely have gotten my money’s worth every time! 100% recommend to all guards looking to get into the security industry unarmed, or armed, and even if you’re already are and just need to renew your license I use them as my sponsor every-time stress free.
