This place was great there equipment was top notch and ammo.

I recently attended a firearms training day with Arrow Security in Phoenix, AZ, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The safety briefings were thorough and clearly communicated, setting a professional tone right away and ensuring everyone understood proper procedures.

One of the highlights was the weapons training simulator, which was both highly educational and engaging. It provided a realistic, hands-on way to build skills and confidence before moving on to the live range.

The actual range portion was equally impressive—well-organized, extremely safe, and thoughtfully structured to challenge participants while still being informative and supportive. The instructors maintained a strong focus on safety while offering helpful guidance throughout.

Aaron and bill and the others are some of the best instructors. Especially aron and bill, like no others, they live and breathe.What\nThey do best. I've been an industry for thirty nine years, and was offline on my shooting skills , Aaron took his time to get me back on track. They're instructive.\nTalents priceless. Moving, those darned targets all the way down range and picking up the brass. Dammit. But ove.\nRall these guys take their job seriously. Definite.\nLy one of a kind , Wow they know what they're doing. At first I was missing the target after listening to Aaron this Happened.

It was a great opportunity to be out there to shoot and qualify with Arrow Security. Great instructors and excellent instructions were given out on the range. I would definitely recommend family and friends to Arrow Security.

Honestly it was a lot of fun learning extra stuff doing the exam was not as bad as I thought awesome guys cool technology they got made you feel safe with other people taught you what you needed to know to get started I recommend going to them to learn how to get your guard card

I had a fantastic experience with this company. Safety was their top priority, and they made that clear from the start. What really stood out was how personal the whole process felt. They answered all my questions thoroughly, and throughout, it felt like I was working with people who genuinely cared. They even kept things light with some good humor, making it easy to trust them. Overall, a great company professional yet approachable, and I’d absolutely recommend them.

Arrow security Inc. Has great and knowledgeable staff whenever you go in to their store or call them on the phone they were always professional. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting their Arizona card card, whether it's unarmed card or their armed card card. I just recently completed their armed guard cart training the training that they put on was great.

I’ve been a bail bondsman and armed security guard in the state of California and I was blown away by the expertise, knowledge and value that I attained at Arrow Security.
Former law-enforcement and military training was very apparent in their philosophy and execution throughout their program, Very in depth and Definitely a company that I would continue to train with in the future. Bill set a high standard for this industry and I would highly recommend anyone new to Security or experience veterans for use to take their course. 10/10, WILL continue to train with them.

I recently took the security unarmed guard card course and it was a very good experience I would highly recommend, if you are in need of security guard card I would use arrow security and the instructor A Aron was pretty o.k. / No i am kidding he was supper fabulous 🤩

This is my second time coming to Arrow Security to do my unarmed and armed courses. If I can do it, I will come back for a third time. The courses are easy to understand. If you study, you will pass the written test. If you practice, at the range you will pass. At the range Bill does not play stupid games. I respect how safety is always on his mind which is the way it should for everybody's safety. Thank you.

Taking a class for Unarmed security Online. Looking to get everything ready before moving to Arizona. Over 8 years of Security guard in California. I know the basics. Im just trying to understand the state laws. This is more than 8 hours class course. Online is longer than expected. Great education from these two guys.
