I had a fantastic experience with this company. Safety was their top priority, and they made that clear from the start. What really stood out was how personal the whole process felt. They answered all my questions thoroughly, and throughout, it felt like I was working with people who genuinely cared. They even kept things light with some good humor, making it easy to trust them. Overall, a great company professional yet approachable, and I’d absolutely recommend them.

Arrow security Inc. Has great and knowledgeable staff whenever you go in to their store or call them on the phone they were always professional. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting their Arizona card card, whether it's unarmed card or their armed card card. I just recently completed their armed guard cart training the training that they put on was great.

I’ve been a bail bondsman and armed security guard in the state of California and I was blown away by the expertise, knowledge and value that I attained at Arrow Security.
Former law-enforcement and military training was very apparent in their philosophy and execution throughout their program, Very in depth and Definitely a company that I would continue to train with in the future. Bill set a high standard for this industry and I would highly recommend anyone new to Security or experience veterans for use to take their course. 10/10, WILL continue to train with them.

I recently took the security unarmed guard card course and it was a very good experience I would highly recommend, if you are in need of security guard card I would use arrow security and the instructor A Aron was pretty o.k. / No i am kidding he was supper fabulous 🤩

This is my second time coming to Arrow Security to do my unarmed and armed courses. If I can do it, I will come back for a third time. The courses are easy to understand. If you study, you will pass the written test. If you practice, at the range you will pass. At the range Bill does not play stupid games. I respect how safety is always on his mind which is the way it should for everybody's safety. Thank you.

I recently completed the Armed Guard Card Training course, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The level of knowledge and expertise demonstrated throughout the program was far superior to any other course I’ve taken in this field.
Every instructor was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in the success of each student. They took the time to ensure that all material was clearly understood and were always willing to provide additional guidance when needed.

Taking a class for Unarmed security Online. Looking to get everything ready before moving to Arizona. Over 8 years of Security guard in California. I know the basics. Im just trying to understand the state laws. This is more than 8 hours class course. Online is longer than expected. Great education from these two guys.

Really amazing training. Possibly worth triple what I paid ( but can't). But they care, are real and not corporate CEO's. and are very competent instructors. With way better skills then what I have. Don't hesitate to take any class they teach. I have taken four so far. And it hasn't destroyed my wallet.

The knowledge I gained, makes me a better person. More prepared and able to help others. They really are doing a public service. Take some of their classes already! (I am in no way affiliated with them).

If you’re looking to become a security guard or further your training then Arrow Security is a great way to go. I originally obtained my guard card through their course a couple years ago and have since also obtained my armed guard card and completed their defensive tactics courses. Bill and Aaron are both very knowledgeable and thorough in their courses but they also make the courses fun. Instead of a boring classroom setting they provide an engaging hands on approach that keeps you invested and involved the entire time. Before you know it you’ve completed the courses and have new qualifications and certifications under your belt. Arrow Security is definitely the way to go if you want to actually learn how to do the job effectively and protect yourself and those around you.
