My experience as a whole has been positive. We’ve encountered problems, we’ve overcame problems and we operate at a steady cash flow each month which is all I wanted.

I signed up with Richard in May 2021, quickly introduced to my account manager Abhimanyu. We’ve worked together ever since. What some people seem to forget is that they are setting up a brand new business from scratch with Armaan Resales’s assistance. Assistance being the key word here. Yes, I have gone through much of what other people are highlighting online too but never anything the team haven’t been able to help me with. They’ve always been honest with me and helped me at every stage and I know the economy, market and everything around us has changed drastically in recent years. Armaan Resales has recently announced major changes to their business and I’ve noticed they’ve faced some negative publicity from some of their clients so it’s only fair I share my positive experience with them.

We started our journey with Armaan Resales few months back. Our store is gradually growing but Armaan Resales's staff is always there for assistance in very professional manner.
I am sure our business will grow as time goes by , so far very pleased with support when needed.

I enjoying the journey with Armaan resales when it is down to dealing with the Account managers especially Deepak, Mylene and Yasmin. They have been very instrumental in setting us (Shalini and me) up and guiding us throughout the process. Deepak has gone above and beyond his role to ensure we remain compliant and satisfied with the requirements of Amazon as well as understand the intricacies of our own system. The overall experience with the website and downloading data, however, isn't convenient at all, hence the 3 stars. The website is very clunky and takes a while to load.

I have received from them a free introduction to drop shipping booklet. It’s very useful in helping my understanding of drop shipping. I’m very excited and encouraged to start my own shop as I feel prepared.

I have been with Armaan Resales for almost a year. I have flawless guidance and support from the team. We have a wider team to assist us anytime with any business-related matters. We can rely on them from scratch to start the business. Despite being in different time zone and working as a professional, I get to meet the professionals as and when required. Armaan Resales team is always available for clients. I also get to clear my queries with the support team where we get immediate assistance and solution. Their proactiveness is highly commendable. Any issues are addressed within a minimum response time. I am also getting desired profits and the team is constantly working on new strategies to increase sales and get a hike in profits. We also have options to diversify our business to various other online platforms.

My client started the business with AR on 12th July and since then we have been in constant touch with AR by either having AM Meetings or Live Chat with AR. AR I would say are proactive communicators. as they respond very efficently. The AMs are always there for any sales concerns. They are punctual about the loaders which helps our store to get better sales.
