I recently contracted with ARHT for a new roof at my mother’s house in Silver Spring, MD. I was told the job would be completed in two days, but they only needed one. The result is beautiful.

The ARTH office kept me updated during the day on the progress of the job, although I was watching the installation myself. The project moved along with assembly line-like precision. Foreman Kenny photographed the various stages of the project, and Project Manager Widman reviewed these photos with me that evening, explaining the work that had been done.

The cleanup was equally impressive. Kenny’s crew were like boy scouts camping in the woods – they left it cleaner than it was when they got there. I spent the next two days doing landscaping in the yard and did not find a single nail. Well done!

ARHT worked hard to get our insurance company to approve the claim, after they had denied the initial claim, we had submitted. They took high resolution photos and provided all the required information. Once approved, they communicated clearly and frequently keeping us informed of the schedule and milestones. Their crew showed up early and completed the job in one day and cleaned up before they left. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and our roof looks amazing.

Great experience working with ARHT for a roof installation. The crew was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, kept me updated throughout the installation process by sending pictures and videos as they were working. The whole team was professional arrived on time and worked efficiently to install my new roof with quality materials. They kept the area tidy and did a great job cleaning after the job was complete. They inspected and fixed parts that were damaged by a leak from my previous roof. I'm satisfied with the results and my new roof looks great!
