Mike from ARHT and the entire team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We have an older home that we are renting and a new roof was imperative. With the fluctuating temps and weather in MD, you can only guess the wear on the old roof and the declining insulation of the skylight windows. The consultation and contract process between us, our landlord and with Mike, was thorough and not rushed. With multiple parties involved, not a line of communication was missed; a timeline, cosmetic options for the shingles/new windows, pricing options (went through insurance), and scheduling was completed without any problems. I met with Widman and he did an outstanding job explaining the options available and pointing out the damages that existed on my roof. The team did a phenomenal job from communicating each step to scheduling the install. Everything was done in a timely manner, the crew was great and very friendly. We went with a synthetic underlayment, ventilation system along with many other roofing materials that would enhance my roofs overall performance. The company has a very dedicated team who go above and beyond what is required, For this reason I would recommend the company to my friends and family members. Congratulations on the job well done.

ARHT home solutions just got finished replacing my roof.

We had an architectural GAF Biscayne blue shingle installed. Looks great, Crews were great.
There were a variety of things that needed to be done. ARHT made sure The process went smooth and worked great with our schedules.

We are super excited with the out come. We had a GAF Architectural Biscayne Blue roof installed. Looks great, crews were great.

We have had a great experience with ARHT. They have replaced our gutters w/gutter guards and a complete roof replacement. They are fast and efficient, and their field supervisor Widman has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All members of the team have also had excellent follow-up and offered great customer service. We would definitely use ARHT again for our home improvement needs.

We recently had to replace our roof. The experience with ARHT Home Solutions was very impressive and smooth from the moment of the initial introduction (Michael was convincing, knowledgeable, and professional) to the minute of the team’s departure a day and a half later. I had skylights installed. Work was timely and did not run over budget. Installers were friendly and got the job done right. Very happy with the results.

I knew I had to replace my very old roof, but was pretty scared about the process. ARHT was the first estimate I had and they were so thorough with explaining the process and walking me through the details that I ended up choosing them. I am so pleased with the results! The workers were great - amazingly fast and very tidy. Special shout out to Carlos who was in charge of the flat roof section. He took time out to talk me through what he was doing and it is clear he is an expert and really cares about his work. Another shout out to Ashley in the office - she is a joy to talk to every time! This was a big job and the first major project on this home and it ment a lot to me that I was treated respecfully (no one asked for the man of the house) and more than that my home was treated well. The roof looks so nice and I am very happy with the whole process.

I hired ARHT Home Solutions to rebuild my chimney and conduct a full roof replacement. The company provides high quality material and labor. They do not cut corners on any step and paid close attention to all the details necessary to ensure the roof was completed appropriately. This includes identifying failed integration of window dormers and roofline causing leaks and rot over time from external storm damage. 5 Stars.

ARHT did an outstanding job with the insulation job in my attic. They identified two bathroom fans that were not vented properly and provided solutions to fix the issue. They gave me a fair price quote after reviewing several options available to me. I felt a noticeable difference in the house temperature soon after the job was completed and am confident that the work they performed is a great value for the services provided. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and maintained a safe and clean environment. I am happy that I chose to use them for the job.

The ARHT team was very supportive throughout the whole process of my roof replacement project. What I liked the most was their commitment to keeping me informed of what was happening before and during the install. When they discovered some unexpected leaks during the install they moved quickly with their communications to show me pictures of the findings and ask for my opinion and approval after thorough explanation. Despite the unexpected bad spots the install was finished on time and things were left very clean. This was particularly impressive since my house is a townhome. The team was super careful to leave my neighbors’ areas clean too. This experience was a breath of fresh air compared to bad previous experiences with other contractors.
