I knew I had to replace my very old roof, but was pretty scared about the process. ARHT was the first estimate I had and they were so thorough with explaining the process and walking me through the details that I ended up choosing them. I am so pleased with the results! The workers were great - amazingly fast and very tidy. Special shout out to Carlos who was in charge of the flat roof section. He took time out to talk me through what he was doing and it is clear he is an expert and really cares about his work. Another shout out to Ashley in the office - she is a joy to talk to every time! This was a big job and the first major project on this home and it ment a lot to me that I was treated respecfully (no one asked for the man of the house) and more than that my home was treated well. I hired ARHT Home Solutions to rebuild my chimney and conduct a full roof replacement. The company provides high quality material and labor. They do not cut corners on any step and paid close attention to all the details necessary to ensure the roof was completed appropriately. ARHT did an outstanding job with the insulation job in my attic. They identified two bathroom fans that were not vented properly and provided solutions to fix the issue. They gave me a fair price quote after reviewing several options available to me. The ARHT team was very supportive throughout the whole process of my roof replacement project. What I liked the most was their commitment to keeping me informed of what was happening before and during the install. When they discovered some unexpected leaks during the install they moved quickly with their communications to show me pictures of the findings and ask for my opinion and approval after thorough explanation. Despite the unexpected bad spots the install was finished on time and things were left very clean. This was particularly impressive since my house is a townhome. ARHT did an excellent job installing my new home roof. They effectively explained the installation process, timelines, and addressed any questions or concerns I had prior to, during, and after installation. The installation crew was on time, courteous, and willing to answer any questions. They also did a good job covering the plants and ground when removing the old roof and were very thorough with the clean-up. Read more >

We replaced our roof with ARHT Home Solutions! They arrange a time and day to go over my alternatives. We ultimately decided to have the roof replaced to match the original shade and style. They told me that we would receive the materials the day before work began and that the team would show up early the install morning. We requested a later start time due to having an infant in the home, but we were also informed that it might result in a completion delay. As we worked together, the onsite project manager was proactive with keeping us informed of his teams' development due to some rain delays and having to replace worned plywood.

ARHT Home Solutions just replaced the roof of my home in Silver Spring, MD and the employees craftsmanship is amazing!!! The GAF HDZ Architectural shingles look great! The chimney flashing, rejuvenated the look of my home. ARHT gave me the space to provide feedback and ask questions regarding the process. Widman, and the crew were great they made me feel safe knowing that I was getting the necessary repairs done to fit my budget. We were initially skeptical that his presentation might merely be a marketing ploy. However, he patiently listened to us, weighing our concerns, and finally assuaged our fears. We felt that the price negotiated was fair and initiated the contract to have our door replaced.
