Ray and his staff are Angels on Earth. When my fiance became disabled and we were met with very high unexpected monthly medical expenses, they were very understanding when it came to our rent being late. I hate to pay anyone late but they are amazing. I have never received a three day notice, eviction notice or threatening phone call. Life became very stressful because he doesnt have insurance. We now have to pay for home oxygen tanks, medications, and now, we are waiting on his lung transplant. Ray and Melissa have prayed for us, been understanding of our late payments, and very encouraging. We have been renting from them for three years. They make life a lot less stressful when you have things happen that really throw you off. Thank you guys.

With my elderly father having to go into an assisted living facility, the selling of the household items , then with trying to find a tenant and manage the property by myself ,my life was unbearably stressful.
Then I found Archer Crown Residential Management. Thanks to Ray and his staff my stress immediately began to go away. I know I must have called and emailed Ray at least 30 times. Each time Ray responded quickly with answers to questions and made recommendations. But my biggest concern was for my father and his comfort level on who was going to manage his property. This hurdle was quickly eliminated when Ray suggested he visit with my father in person. During the meeting it was found that both my father and Ray had served in the Air Force (at different times). War stories were exchanged and any fears on managing the property from both my side and my father’s quickly...

I am a 23 yr. old UCF graduate who lived in a four bedroom house during 2 years of my college degree. Doing business with Archer Crown was very professional and organized. One of the biggest appreciations that I have with this company, is the helpfulness. The fact they invested trust in 4 young professionals seeking further education was a blessing.
