Well, the day someone was supposed to come out at 8:30, I got a call from their office that it would be around noon. I then got a call that it would be around 3, then another call (at this point I said, if you need to make it another day it's ok) but they insisted he'd come out. Well, 6pm he shows up. It's dark & he him-haws around for 3 HOURS!! He finally left at 9pm, my mom started cooking dinner she was so hungry, waiting & waiting. And didn't fix the problem. So he says he'll talk to his boss (Phil S.) and call us back. A day goes by no call, so I call Phil & he says "well, um, we think we might know the problem but, um, it's gonna be, oh man, um can you call me back in a bit?" Sounding so strange. So I call back & there's noise in the background like he's home & says "I'll call you back". Which he never did. And for all that nonsense & weirdness & NOT FIXING it, got a nice $xxx.00 bill! Strangest experience with a company I've ever had, and again, PAID A BILL FOR NOTHING FIXED. And I'm not unreasonable, I could understand paying the gas for driving out here, but a 3 figure bill? It makes me wonder if they pushed him to come so late so they could charge more.
So, no, I do not recommend this place at all.
