They installed the generator for my home recessed lighting throughout my house and outlets on the outside of my home so I can plug in my Christmas lights. Well, the day someone was supposed to come out at 8:30, I got a call from their office that it would be around noon. I then got a call that it would be around 3, then another call (at this point I said, if you need to make it another day it's ok) but they insisted he'd come out. Well, 6pm he shows up. It's dark & he him-haws around for 3 HOURS!! He finally left at 9pm, my mom started cooking dinner she was so hungry, waiting & waiting. And didn't fix the problem. So he says he'll talk to his boss (Phil S.) and call us back. A day goes by no call, so I call Phil & he says "well, um, we think we might know the problem but, um, it's gonna be, oh man, um can you call me back in a bit?" Sounding so strange. We had an emergency with our generator on a Friday, with very muddy roads to our place. I had to give the service tech a ride the last mile or so to our place, but he did a great job and got the unit running well.

I live in Northern Arizona about 30 miles south of the Grand Canyon. Phil Stratton Electric, Inc. installed a 20 kw Kohler generator as backup for our 24 panel solar power system. The work was done on schedule and the men who installed the generator were competent and friendly. The system came up and worked properly immediately. Everyone at Phil Stratton Electric provided excellent service.

Phil came out went through the scope of work to be performed and in what time frame. His techs came out in the time frame that was set in the first meeting . They explained the options and did the job perfectly. They left the jobsite clean. They were very polite and respectful. Great honest company, I recommend them to anyone thinking of installing a generator.
