Well, the day someone was supposed to come out at 8:30, I got a call from their office that it would be around noon. I then got a call that it would be around 3, then another call (at this point I said, if you need to make it another day it's ok) but they insisted he'd come out. Well, 6pm he shows up. It's dark & he him-haws around for 3 HOURS!! He finally left at 9pm, my mom started cooking dinner she was so hungry, waiting & waiting. And didn't fix the problem. So he says he'll talk to his boss (Phil S.) and call us back. A day goes by no call, so I call Phil & he says "well, um, we think we might know the problem but, um, it's gonna be, oh man, um can you call me back in a bit?" Sounding so strange. I live in Northern Arizona about 30 miles south of the Grand Canyon. Phil Stratton Electric, Inc. installed a 20 kw Kohler generator as backup for our 24 panel solar power system. The work was done on schedule and the men who installed the generator were competent and friendly. The system came up and worked properly immediately. They installed the generator for my home recessed lighting throughout my house and outlets on the outside of my home so I can plug in my Christmas lights.
