I am writing this review because of the professional manners Mr. Stratton and his office afforded me when I asked for an assessment and follow up. I am definitely considering using them when the time arises.

My office uses Phil Stratton Electric for most of our specialized electrical work. In all the years I've known Phil, there has never been an issue with the quality of the work. I've also referred PSE to my friends, and used PSE personally for installation of ceiling fans. From small jobs to large, PSE is our first choice for electrical work.

Skylar showed up on time, with all tools he needed. He got the work done in a timely fashion, and explained to me what I needed to replace the bedroom fan/light.

I got the necessary materials. He came back and installed the new fan and light fixture with a minimum of fuss or muss.

I highly appreciate the professionalism, skill, and good nature of all those I dealt with in getting my electrical problems fixed: Barbara for scheduling and billing, and Skylar for doing the work.

We had a new washer/dryer combo delivered and when it was being installed the 4 prong plug would not fit into the 4 prong outlet. We called Phil Stratton electric out and they were able to have someone come out the next day. It ended up that the outlet was for an over and not a dryer, the person who had this place before us was a do it yourselfer and this was yet another issue he created. Anyway, Jiim was able to replace the outlet and now we have a usable washer/dryer. Jim was professional, and got the work done in an efficient manner at a reasonable price. We would definitely use Phil Stratton Electric should we have need for an electrician.

My Generator that supplies my water well went down. I called Phil Stratton Elect. The following week, Tim the service person came out, and had it up and producing the correct voltage withing 2 hours.
Excellent service, easy to work with, and reasonable price.

Outstanding very professional, showed up as scheduled completed the work as scheduled as quoted and a fine job. highly recommended
