Phil Stratton, his techs and office staff have been great. I purchased a 20 kw Cummins Propane Standby Generator for my Cabin in Overgaard. The price was right, the work was done on time (not mountain time) and all the employees had a great attitude. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Great job on doing the installation. Work is professional and it’s appearance is excellent. I waited a week to do the review so I could see if the unit did it’s auto start/test. It failed to start. I contacted Phil Stattins staff, Dawn and a technician arrived a few hours later. A small adjustment to the air/propane mixture was done. The self test worked perfect this morning. I am satisfied with the product and the workers who have been involved. The real test will be when the electricity goes out!

The work was good but I was disappointed I had to pay for 2 trips to Ace hardware the electrician could have assessed what I needed and made 1 trip. So that was about 2 hours @ $68 per hr.that I was paying for shopping.

The work that was done and the time frame it was done in was absolutely awesome. The guys checked to make sure all systems were up and running. Great job. I would highly recommend Phil Stratton Electric to my friends . Thank again.

Excellent service and extremely competent technically.

Great bunch of guys really easy to work with, and their secretary keeping his guys gone.

The technician arrived on time and serviced the back-up generator in a timely fashion. He was friendly and courteous.

We've had to use the services of an electrician 3 times in the last couple of months concerning several problems with the wiring in the house we bought recently. I had noticed the sign just outside Taylor and decided to call Phil Stratton Electric for the work we needed done based on the Inspection report(outlet grounding issues in 3 bedrooms). Everything went very well and job was completed in a timely manner. We then later noticed that the breaker box would get extremely hot when we used any appliance. called Stratton Electric again, were told on week of the breaker box needed to be replaced but added 2 circuit breakers to help until parts arrived. Dawn was able to fit us in due to a cancellation. New breaker box with rewiring installed on Tuesday. Everything works great now. New Breaker box! Everything done in timely and professional fashion. I will definitely be calling Stratton...

Great work at a fair price. Phil's guys were fast, professional, and the job was done on time as promised. Plus - you don't pay a dime until you're satisfied with the job. Would highly recommend them.

I have used Phil Stratton electric before and they were quick and professional. I have recommended them to a friend, and they to were happy. This time,I asked for a bid which was completed 4 days later. I agreed and asked how quickly they could do it. It was completed in two days a week later. I had them install a 100 amp sub panel on the outside of my steel building and do all the inside including fixtures, receptacles, lighting, and 30 amp RV plug. They used high grade metal boxes and receptacles and steel braided wire throughout. It was all done in a timely fashion and looks very professional.

They were very prompt and detailed on their estimate. They are very knowledgeable about backup generators and what would be needed to meet our needs. The installers were very competent and friendly and worked with us to meet our needs. We are extremely satisfied with their work.

I had Phil Stratton Electric do a pretty big job for me. They installed a sub panel, transfer switch and trenched a line to my storage container. Final bill was reasonable and they started and finished the work on time. I would highly recommend them.

When we decided to install a standby generator for our home in Heber we got three bids. Phil came in with the best bid not only price-wise but he also offered the most both in services rendered as well as parts included. Randall and the rest of the crew showed up on time, were proficient, neat and very helpful in explaining what they were doing. I particularly appreciated their follow through to make sure I was comfortable with the operation of our Generac Whole Home Generator.
