I was informed that 2 people would be coming to clean the house. One of the cleaners left early to go to another job.
In the initial, I had asked that attention be to the dust/debris at the baseboards & rug areas. I went at around & picked up debris that was not vacuumed. Areas in the kitchen had spots that could not be scrubbed away. I was able to scratch these areas with my fingernail. On checking the kitchen counter with my had, there was a small rough area. This was cleared off with a single blade razor.
The cleaner was very nice but appeared to be rushed. I had to leave before she was done due to an emergency vet appointment.
I feel since there was a visual walk through prior to work to be done, the customer should also have a copy of the cleaning request that was submitted.
This may seem picky but my mother was a housekeeper & on my days off...
