I Highly recommend American Home Buyer! They contacted me via phone, text and email within 10 minutes after I visited their website. Tim was at my property the next day. We settled on a fair price within an hour or so. He was confident they could sell my property. A day or so later, I received a call and text from Rolly letting me know he would be getting buyers together to show my property by the end of the week. He was also confident they could sell my property. With their expertise and experience, my property sold after the 2nd showing the following week. Sold as is. No repairs, no cleaning, no junk removal. Sold less than 30 days after my initial contact. Mel was in constant contact with me keeping me updated on the next steps that were needed.
