I may need kidney dialysis in the near future. The dialysis center is only 2 ½ miles from my home, but I don’t have a car, and it would take two buses to get there. Besides, I’m having trouble walking right now. I was worried about how I would get to the center if I needed to go. There are free transportation services for disabled people, but according to friends of mine who use them, they’re not very reliable. I found Ambiance Transportation on-demand ride service on the City of Beverly Hills website. I submitted an application and was accepted, so I sent them a $6 check for my first $24 worth of ride credits.
