My husband was sooooooo well taken care of!!! The Five Star “team”, Shane and Esteban were impeccable professionals, with a heart of gold, pleasant, caring, and anticipating our needs. Shane was a super careful driver, which I consider one of the most important things. I highly recommend their services!

I may need kidney dialysis in the near future. The dialysis center is only 2 ½ miles from my home, but I don’t have a car, and it would take two buses to get there. Besides, I’m having trouble walking right now. I was worried about how I would get to the center if I needed to go. There are free transportation services for disabled people, but according to friends of mine who use them, they’re not very reliable. I found Ambiance Transportation on-demand ride service on the City of Beverly Hills website. I submitted an application and was accepted, so I sent them a $6 check for my first $24 worth of ride credits.
I have not actually used the service yet, but I can commend the office staff for being kind and patient about answering my questions. I also appreciate the fact that unlike most paid ride services, you don’t need a smartphone to book a ride – your home phone while...

I have been confined to a wheelchair for the past year and have used Ambiance Medical Transportation on a weekly basis to get to doctor's appointments and physical therapy. I have had nothing but exceptional service from the Ambiance team. This is not an easy job as there are many steps to getting a wheelchair passenger secured in the van and in and out of buildings. For this team, safety comes first and foremost, along with a smile and pleasant attitude. I could not have made it without this service. Thank you Ambiance for your exceptional team of employees, and for making my wheelchair experience a bit easier!

Sia Nouri has been extremely kind and helpful regarding any spatial needs that arise due to my legal blindness... I can not book a ride on my phone or read text messages. He has also been great at helping with redirecting pick up and drop off locations that do not match up t with GPS Ambiance has greatly improved my quality of life.

So happy with the service Jay provided! He was so kind and helpful the entire time. He made sure he helped my mom in and out of the van and took his time to explain to us where everything was while we drove around the hospital. He dropped us off for a quick X-ray that only took about 15 minutes and when we walked out he was right there waiting. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver, thank you so much Jay, you’re the best!

I haven't been to Cedar Sinai in a long time but Jay made it very welcoming to be back! Not only is he super insightful. But he goes up and beyond for the patients. Jose and Aaron are very nice and gentle with my mom when they pick her up to take her to dialysis. She always feels very comfortable with them and only has good things to say about them.

Cudos to the excellent teams of JOSE and AARON, who transported me to and from my orthopedic surgeon in Beverly Hills. The men were kind, friendly and made me feel very safe and secure in their hands. I used this service because I can not walk (broken ankle) and do not qualify for other transport services provided by the community. Not cheap, but totally worth every penny!! Excellent, professional service!
