I LOVE Ambiance because...they sent two strong, capable men to transport my husband during an incredibly difficult time. My husband has an active brain bleed, and any bump or jolt to the head could potentially exacerbate his condition. Jose and Leo looked for every dip, bump, and door jam in the hallway ahead of time, and worked in tandem to lift the gurney over each and every area that was not level in order to protect my husband. They were absolute angels. I don't believe you could be in better hands than this company. I will be forever grateful for the care of those two gentlemen.

I would definitely hire this company again. I had just gotten out of nanosurgery, was still a bit out of it from anesthesia, but needed transport to my hotel. I had traveled from out of state to have surgery, and I didn't have anyone with me. My hotel was only several blocks away, but I could not walk it, nor would the clinic allow me to take an Uber. Which was good, because the 2 people who picked me up walked me out of the clinic, asked if I preferred to sit in a wheelchair in the van, lie on a gurney, or sit in a seat. I sat in a seat, but there were all the options. And they were as polite and professional as could be. They both walked me from the van to the hotel elevator, took the elevator up, and walked me to my hotel room and made sure I was safe before leaving. They didn't walk into my hotel room - they remained at the door. So so polite, kind, and helpful.

The three gentlemen that picked me up were so nice and gentle. I just had a femur surgery and it was very painful but they made it so I had no pain getting in and out of their bed. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely use you again. Thank you so much.

I have been using Ambiance Med Transportation for about a year now. I own a hospice agency. They are very reliable, and always answer the phone. They also give realistic times of when they can be there. They can transport very ill patients comfortably with oxygen. I suggest everyone consider using them.

They arrived promptly, and the guys were friendly. The van was clean, and seemed to be relatively new.

My husband had a stroke 4-1/2 years ago which left him paralyzed on his left side. He recently had a pacemaker revision surgery. The surgery was on his right side rendering it temporarily out of commission—unfortunate since he used his right arm to pull himself in and out of the car.
Luckily, my SIL mentioned getting non-emergency medical transport. We had an excellent experience with Ambience and Noah and Anthony (I believe😐). They transported him safely home on a gurney and we figured out, with the help of our caregiver, the safest and most comfortable way to get him in the house. Very reasonable price. I am eternally grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

I love Ambiance medical transportation because they are always on time. Their drivers are kind and attentive. I have tried other transportation companies in the past and actually missed doctors appointment because they were late. My husband is immunocompromised and the drivers at Ambiance don’t mind wearing a mask. They are so sweet to him and make the whole Transportation experience possible. Often they have to wait And move him from a gurney at a hospital, and they never complain. I love Ambiance.
