I’ve used Ambiance a few times now to safely transport my loved one, who needs specialized non-emergency gurney transport. When I needed help relocating from one senior facility to another, they went above and beyond and carefully transported a few of their personal belongings as well. Their service area is extensive to meet your needs far and wide. They are well trained and reliable drivers, and friendly and professional over the phone. Happy to recommend them!

Ambiance Medical Transportation is definitely the best transport company. My initial introduction was with Dil Patel who was very kind and helpful in getting me set-up. I've been scheduling gurney transport for my mother to and from doctors appointments since August of 2025. Every driver/transporter has been very efficient, gentle, kind and careful when moving my mother. My mother is very comfortable with and pleased with the care she has received. A shout out to Leo, Aaron, George, Cruz, Daniel, Mark, Brain, Esteban, AJ, Chris, and Shane. Each of these gentlemen have been awesome with the services provided to my mother. I love and appreciate each of them dearly. This company has definitely perfected transporting. I don't think there is another company that can touch them. Real talk. If you want good transport services I recommend them highly.

He made sure I was safely settled, moved at a gentle pace so I wouldn’t feel rushed, and was extremely considerate throughout the ride home.

This is the perfect happy medium between transporting someone in your personal vehicle and ambulance! My 83 year old mother, who had sustained a serious fall and was in severe pain, had to be transferred to a rehab facility and Ambiance was great! They were professional and caring.

The employees were polite, friendly and professional. The ride was a bit bumpy but could be California roads in general. The ambulance was quiet. Only wish I had a pillow and the music was a little quieter otherwise, it was all okay.

I LOVE Ambiance because...they sent two strong, capable men to transport my husband during an incredibly difficult time. My husband has an active brain bleed, and any bump or jolt to the head could potentially exacerbate his condition. Jose and Leo looked for every dip, bump, and door jam in the hallway ahead of time, and worked in tandem to lift the gurney over each and every area that was not level in order to protect my husband. They were absolute angels. I don't believe you could be in better hands than this company. I will be forever grateful for the care of those two gentlemen.

I would definitely hire this company again. I had just gotten out of nanosurgery, was still a bit out of it from anesthesia, but needed transport to my hotel. I had traveled from out of state to have surgery, and I didn't have anyone with me. My hotel was only several blocks away, but I could not walk it, nor would the clinic allow me to take an Uber. Which was good, because the 2 people who picked me up walked me out of the clinic, asked if I preferred to sit in a wheelchair in the van, lie on a gurney, or sit in a seat. I sat in a seat, but there were all the options. And they were as polite and professional as could be. They both walked me from the van to the hotel elevator, took the elevator up, and walked me to my hotel room and made sure I was safe before leaving. They didn't walk into my hotel room - they remained at the door. So so polite, kind, and helpful.

I have been using Ambiance Med Transportation for about a year now. I own a hospice agency. They are very reliable, and always answer the phone. They also give realistic times of when they can be there. They can transport very ill patients comfortably with oxygen. I suggest everyone consider using them.

They arrived promptly, and the guys were friendly. The van was clean, and seemed to be relatively new.

My husband had a stroke 4-1/2 years ago which left him paralyzed on his left side. He recently had a pacemaker revision surgery. The surgery was on his right side rendering it temporarily out of commission—unfortunate since he used his right arm to pull himself in and out of the car.
Luckily, my SIL mentioned getting non-emergency medical transport. We had an excellent experience with Ambience and Noah and Anthony (I believe😐). They transported him safely home on a gurney and we figured out, with the help of our caregiver, the safest and most comfortable way to get him in the house. Very reasonable price. I am eternally grateful for their kindness and professionalism.
