I was highly impressed with the professionalism of your company. Scheduling a visit was easy and the inspector was at my property the first business day following the appointment. Kim Dunn is a true professional and very polite, pleasant and caring (the latter - not very common these days). She managed to identify the major issue as part of the assessment but she also discussed the problem(s) at length, explained the possible recommended procedure as a result of the findings and followed up with me after the release of the report. I have and will continue to recommend your company to others because of the quality of the work and the professionalism of your inspectors. You deserve 5 Stars (excellent) for your outstanding service to the clients.

He is truly dedicated and committed to his job and as a result of this, you are recieving the "best of the best" ...Top Quality Work!! I have owned 5 homes in South Florida and as you know most of the homes here were built in the 1950's - 1980's. They are older homes that need TLC...(they need constant maintenance. Inspections are necessary for buyers to make great investments). Understanding that no property is perfect is one thing, but wanting an inspection to be thorough and honest is "KEY"!
