As a real estate professional its important to have a good team of professionals all working and looking out for the clients best interest. Overseeing the transaction and guiding your client through the steps will always build long time relationships. In an inspection this week our assigned inspector Neil ran his routine inspection throughout the house but because the house was from 1960 he highly recommend my client hire a plumber to carefully look at the cast iron plumbing. Something gave him a gut feeling. So my client did and to our surprise the video footage revealed many cracks in the pipes from as little as 7 feet into the ground and up to 14 feet. This goes to show you that a house that looks perfect in the outside may have real serious issues in its bones. Thank you ALLIED and Niel for saving a big possible future problem. Too bad there isn't any room for 6 starts 😝. Mr Brandon Wieland was phenomenal. He not only performed an exceptional inspection, he also educated me on all of his findings. He explained what's expected per compliance and what's not acceptable. I learned a lot during our session. There were some "features" (for lack of a better word) of rare hardware I knew nothing about and he was so delighted to coach me and even give me a tutorial on how to operate all of those things. He even threw in some home owners tips in which would help me to make inexpensive decisions based on my personal preferences. I would highly recommend Allied because of him. I believe he's an asset to the company because of his knowledge and experience and his passion for what he does. I'm so happy I was appointed Brandon for this inspection. Thanks for helping me to get one step closer to my new home. 🤘😁

Ken was simply amazing! Professional, thorough, prompt. He explained the entire process while detailing the short and long term effects of his concerns and observations. Allied provided excellent customer service from my initial call and subsequent interview of their customer service representative to the follow-up contact to discuss the inspector's findings.
