initially. However the result of a $550 evaluation was unfortunately incorrect, the quote to fix was extremely high vs two competitors and communication of the issue between the onsite technician and the office was inconsistent. No follow up response regarding incorrect evaluation when shown via picture. Moving on to resolve issue with other service. At the very least, I learned the vicinity of the problem for the next guy.
