I had an emergency plumbing issue and the company that came to fix the problem was unable to fix it. The Allied/All-City was called because they have the experience and tools to figure out what was wrong. Juan was the plumber that came to our rescue and he was able to fix the overflow I had in my kitchen, bathroom and laundry. He was amazing, polite, knowledgeable and left everything working. He didn’t make a mess in my basement and he explained what had happened and what needs to be done in the future. This company provided me with great service. Thank you for helping us.

I was very surprised at the rapid response to my call for service to begin with. It truly exceeded my expectation. My service technician Marcelo, was very professional throughout the service call. Marcelo took the time to diagnose the problem, exerted every effort at resolution in the least invasive manner and when invasion was required, took great care to minimize the scope of invasion and the collateral impacts. I was kept informed throughout each step and included in the thought process. Options were thoroughly explained with their respective benefits and drawbacks clearly articulated. Once relief was achieved Marcelo exercised the care and consideration for clean up as though it were in his home, this was truly appreciated.

All told, if Marcelo is indicative of the service professionals associated with Allied/All City Inc. They are head and shoulders above all...

Great company! The workers were friendly n showed me everything while doing my sewer pipe lining. Efficient. And I could use my water right after!! Didn't like giving a large deposit but they came on the date promised no issues at all. Highly recommend..... DMC. The others I got estimates from had zero knowledge n couldn't answer any questions.

The technicians were amazing. They were friendly, wore uniforms, and explained everything while we watch the camera. They are SME and I highly recommend.

The gentleman i had to come and fix my kitchen sink clog was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. He had ro more then use the snake on the pipe, he had to go downstairs and and take the pipes apart to find a total clog of one section of that pipe that needed to be removed and cleaned out outside the house. An issue that was obviously brewing long before I lived here. I appreciated his patience and the throrough job he did. He also worked as neatly as he possibly could and cleaned up everything.

We had a problem with our leaking kitchen faucet. The problem was quickly diagnosed and a replacement faucet was installed . Marcelo , our All City plumber, was friendly and very professional.
