Allied plumbing was reasonable on the price and honest on what they found. I will use them again

The plumber that came to the house was Santos; he was very understanding and sympathetic to our issue. Santos took the time to explain everything in detail and because I’m on a tight budget he explained all the different options I had in order to resolve my issue. I was very pleased with the outcome.

We are extremely grateful to Allied. Each time within 6 months they come right out to solve our problems. No waiting days later. They call to let you know they might be running behind or they are on their way. Very neat and they clean up their mess when need be. Their employees are extremely polite and they take the time to explain what the problem is and how it will be fixed. Plumbing isn’t cheap, but you want a company that knows what they are doing.

They came when promised. Plumbers were knowledgeable and professional.

Although the plumber showed up quite late, he did the job, was nice, and cleaned after himself. I was happy with his honesty about the situation. I would definitely recommend these guys, although not the cheapest out there.

I just had 15ft of sewer line replaced and the 4"trap. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed. I had Evan assigned to the job and I couldn't have had a better worker. He was professional, very neat and attention to details. He wasn't satisfied until I was. I will recommend Allied/all city to any who is need of their services.

The plumber who came, Santos, was great. He seemed knowledgeable and experienced and he explained everything very clearly. (Edited: Apparently his name is Carlos, based on the info below! His shirt said Santos. Perhaps that's his last name.)

Allied/All City were right out to my house with a blocked main drain causing a terrible smell and black flies in the basement. Evan worked for an hour unclogging then an an hour making sure the flow was back to normal. In plumbing service calls this was perfection.

I had an issue with a pipe under my slab in my kitchen. Everyone I called said that they had to break up the floor which I didn’t want to do. Allied used a trench less technology called pipelining, where I didn’t need to rip up all my new ceramic floors from the back of my house to the front where the sewer was located. It wasn’t the cheapest option, probably the most expensive but to not destroy my whole house it was worth the money. I recommend John Marra and his crew, they explained everything to us in detail so there were no surprises.

Did the demo work so the actual piping could begin. He was there about an hour or less. A bit pricey but quality work is worth it 👍

As one of many who have been dealing with the stress and frustration of the hurricane sandy aftermath - the process (rebuild/NY Rising) etc. After hearing horror stories about contractors, subcontractors, lifters...and so on; I have had no issues with any of it, and am both lucky and grateful. I have dealt with a phenomenal team, beginning with the architect, then contractor and now ALLIED! Their work is not easy - timing, scheduling, dealing with the other trades professionals involved in the rebuilding process. Throughout it all, they explained everything to me from beginning to end. I had no idea of what to expect, or my role, they took care of everything - from work dates, connecting with the others to guarantee no scheduling conflicts, or work stoppages; the county, permits, testing ...was an absolute life saver. The technician, Allen, came with a helper around 9 o’clock. Both of them worked straight (not even stopping to eat lunch) to around 3 o’clock. They used their professional skill to finish the project efficiently. Well done. It is little pricey but worth it. No further headaches 😁.

Allied/All City Plumbing is a 6 Star company! They really are efficient and know their stuff. They diagnosed the problem quickly and with accuracy.
My sewer line was broken in two places. The sewer line was choking on roots from a tree on the county strip.

The town removed the tree and ground the stump down. Meanwhile Allied/All city filled out all the permits required by Nassau County. Then I was told to get them notarized. This was a well oiled machine at work.

Then on last Thursday it was repaired by 3 professional plumbers. I did
take a deep breath when the backhoe was on the lawn taking a big scoop of my lawn in its jaws. This was a very well orchestrated affair. It all went well.

Had big water leak out on crub of house. Contacted insurance company, and they in turned contacted plumbing company. Took a while for things to come together but, when it did, Allied / All city Inc. Jumped on top of the job with extreme professionalism. They spent the whole day repairing my problem with their professional Crew members , Mario, Santos, Vince, Walter. Jason, and John Marra.
