Allied Response time was Excellent. The Plumbers were knowledgeable and explained all my options to solve the work I needed done. The work was completed Quickly and Accurately. No mess was left behind. The price was Reasonable. Very pleased with the work.

They charge you $275 an hr plus tax without fixing a simple hair clog in the bathtub. The guy stayed at my house for 2hrs and failed. I refused to pay because they didn't do the job. The boss claimed he would send someone in the second day to fix it and the payment can be used for the second day. I end up paying them one hr rate. The second day they sent someone but different story and wanted to charge me again. They said it's not simple problem. Will need to open the ceiling and fixed it. I asked for insurance and they refused. So i rejected all their offers. I hired another guy only 5 min problem solved. With half of the hrly rate and guaranteed results. This company is a joke.

My long time plumber retired, s I in an emergency Allied came to the rescue in a timely manner. Second time , had no heat, they were there within the hour. Reasonable prices, professional providers.

I highly recommend Allied/All-City! Chris worked on two bathrooms a year and a half ago and came back this past week to work on a corroded kitchen waste pipe. Both times he came promptly, clearly explained the issues at hand, and took care of the issues professionally. I trust Chris/Allied/All-City and will call them any time I have a plumbing issue in my home.

Enjoyed working with Allied/All City Plumbing. Used them on two occasions. They provide excellent courteous customer service prompt service and perform A1 work. Technician Chris in particular is great to deal with and is efficient and performs great work.

I would definitely recommend allied All-City plumbing and use them again for my future plumbing needs

5. Above all I liked Allied because of James Murphy’s performance. James Murphy the technician was knowledgeable and few other plumbers didn’t want to try to unplug my Sewer line but he successfully did. I would let him comeback in heartbeat if I need the services again. I gave them five stars

They were Jeanine in the office a gem detailed oriented very professional. The guys worked best around the landscaping and when it couldn’t be helped they are replacing my tree !!

Company was punctual and professional . All work and decisions were executed effectively. I would have liked a "senior" discount.

They were great! Came fast and the guy really knew what he was doing. The only reason I didn’t give 4 stars, is because I wish the guy on the phone would have told me that turning off the boiler would stop the water. I asked him what else I could do and he just said to turn off the thermostat for that floor. I would still highly recommend them!

Fast response. Had leak from tank on 20 yr old toilet. Also water valve was leaking aswell. Plumber came to my home in just under 1/2 an hour. Decided to replace toilet with new one.
Plumber and I went to purchase new toilet of my choice and he removed old toilet and had new one installed and running in no time. Great service.
