This was the first company I called to repair a leaky bathtub faucet. Jeff was the assigned plumber and he was very professional, addressed all of my questions and concerns. He provided valuable recommendations as well. He made sure there were no issues at all before leaving. He installed a new bathtub shower kit, installed a new bathroom faucet and replaced the speedy valve on the toilet. Superb job. Jeff was very neat, organized and cleaned up the area. Allied/All-City needs to keep Jeff and get more employees like him. If I have a need for such services in the future, I would hope to have assigned. I certainly trust him as a professional and person. Thank you Jeff, for your help, and making sure there were no leaks or issues with the work you performed. Allied/All-City Plumbing was fantastic.

We were having very low water pressure in our house. The galvanized 1" service main, coming in from the street, was 76 years old and had rusted almost shut. We had good pressure until we opened a valve to use water and then it would drop. Allied/All-City pulled out the old main and pulled in a new 1" copper main and the increase in pressure is amazing. We can open multiple water valves and the pressure remains high just like it was 53 years ago when we bought this house.

The 3 man crew were great to have on the job. Very professional, courteous and neat. Being a retired contractor, I especially liked how they explained what they were doing and how they did it.

One of our neighbors called after the crew left, to ask what we had done. When she found out, she asked for the company's phone number...

They were extremely thorough and helpful in my home. Many good suggestions. Highly recommend.

I actually called for another issue but the toilet issue arose during the pendency of their arrival. They repaired the issue and they were knowledgeable and fair.

Great experience. We had Rob come to our house to hydrojet our sewer line, and he did a fantastic job. We had tree roots growing in our pipe and they were all cleared within the 2 hour limit that he promised he would be able to complete the job. He also showed us the defects on the pipe that was replaced by another plumber in a video recording. That was very nice and we really appreciated it. We are hoping that the other plumber will fix the defects since we now have the video showing the poor workmanship. We would recommend Allied to others with sewage issues, especially with sophisticated plumbing jobs because they have the experience and expertise to handle very difficult jobs. Doing things the right way the first time will save you tons in the future. Thank you!!!

Professional and for a fair price.

Water was coming up the shower floor drain, a quick phone call to Allied and they sent someone over the very next morning. Mike was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions. He was very detailed and thorough, he ran many tests to find out the true cause of the flooding issue. Turns out not only did I have a obstruction in the pipe next to my washing machine but also the pitch of the main sewer line was wrong. A team was sent over the next day to correct the issue. Every step of the way I was informed of the process. 5 stars for Allied, had a great experience, would not hesitate to hire this company again.

This company is so reliable and lets you know by text within minutes when they would be arriving. The owner and worker were so kind in fixing and explaining what was happening. Highly recommend this company.
