Jeff was fabulous. He came for a leak emergency and then replaced a heating pipe on a second visit. I was so grateful and impressed at the quick response to my leak emergency!!
All the other work was done in a timely fashion and the estimates were accurate. Everyone at the office was very friendly and followed up to keep me informed. Wonderful service and terrific
communication! I have been recommending them to all!

Excellent service..extremely professional and competent. The plumber whose name was Jeff bought the water shutoff in our condo from crawl space to inside the first floor of our unit. Would highly recommend because of our experience with this employee!

Santos was here to fix a drain waste pipe issue. He was sent to complete a job that another plumbing company did not fix completely. He was very professional and knew his craft. He not only explained how he was going to correct this issue but went above and beyond d to assure us it was done correctly. I live in PA and my elderly parents still live on Long Island so we can't always get there right away when there is a problem. That's where Allied All City comes to the rescue. We were assured that they would be there the next morning to fix a plumbing problem that couldn't be left till we got there. They were there as promised and my parents said they could not have asked for a more polite, neat and professional person as the one they sent. He fixed the problem, explained what he was doing and left them feeling confident their problem was solved. THANK ALLIED / ALL CITY FOR DOING A FANTASTIC JOB !! AND PUTTING OUR MINDS AT EASE.

They were fast and very professional just thought they were a little pricey for changing a shower cartridge.. but I guess that is to be expected during covid
