What can I say to reiterate ?!!! This company is just awesome , reasonable and have the greatest guys as plumbers ! Another shout out to Nathan who is just a pleasure to have doing our work , not too mention all the others who have come they are extremely professional , clean and will respect your property . The same goes to those in the office who handle the calls extremely pleasant and go above and beyond to help their clients , we have been having a lot of renovations done and they are here in a flash .
The workmanship is great and they do it with care and will answer your questions great team of plumbers !!

This review is a few months late, but it still deserves to be written.
Woke up one August morning to find I had no water and a leak on my driveway. Turns out I needed a new water line. The positive experience started with my initial phone call (called 3 other places first..2 of which never called me back). I was told Marcello would swing by within the hour to assess the situation. He did in fact show up as I was told and walked me through the process. He was courteous, honest, efficient and cute too! (Ladies deserve the details)
The whole expensive situation was terrible to deal with but Nick and his crew were great. They explained the work they were doing and kept cleaning up after themselves. They even found a leak with Liberty’s supply and made all the arrangements for the water company to come out and repair their leak. Saved me a sidewalk repair.

I had an emergency plumbing issue and the company that came to fix the problem was unable to fix it. The Allied/All-City was called because they have the experience and tools to figure out what was wrong. Juan was the plumber that came to our rescue and he was able to fix the overflow I had in my kitchen, bathroom and laundry. He was amazing, polite, knowledgeable and left everything working. He didn’t make a mess in my basement and he explained what had happened and what needs to be done in the future. This company provided me with great service. Thank you for helping us.

We are getting ready to sell and found more problems than we bargained for a leak under the sink a problem by the pool a problem on the side of the house thank God for Allied All City. I was very surprised at the rapid response to my call for service to begin with. It truly exceeded my expectation. My service technician Marcelo, was very professional throughout the service call. Marcelo took the time to diagnose the problem, exerted every effort at resolution in the least invasive manner and when invasion was required, took great care to minimize the scope of invasion and the collateral impacts. I was kept informed throughout each step and included in the thought process. Options were thoroughly explained with their respective benefits and drawbacks clearly articulated. Once relief was achieved Marcelo exercised the care and consideration for clean up as though it were in his home, this was truly appreciated.
