Our sewer blocked during a snow storm. These guys came out with a truck full of equipment. The plumber Carlos, got to work. He kept me informed of what he was doing and why. They really put some effort into the task. They used a camera to verify that the blockage was cleared. I was impressed when they used a vacuum to clean the drain, never seen that before. Anyone who says that Customer Service does nit exist anymore have not had the pleasure of dealing with an extremely professional and courteous business as Allied/ All City Inc. The first team with Carlos and Julio assessed our leak/ backup and immediately knew what was the problem. Based upon their knowledge and customer friendly disposition, we knew we had chosen the right company. We were even happier when Mike and Mario arrived on schedule and performed their magic.. the broken sewer pipes were replaced and without any damage to the structure around. Mario saved our steps by being creative and dug deeper & under the steps.. then crawled in the hole to connect rhe new pipeline to the house system. Mike made sure the lawn was almost as perfect as it was before the digging.
