Evan was very professional I knew his job and did it well. I would call Allied All City again. And I would ask for Evan.

I had an issue with a pipe under my slab in my kitchen. Everyone I called said that they had to break up the floor which I didn’t want to do. Allied used a trench less technology called pipelining, where I didn’t need to rip up all my new ceramic floors from the back of my house to the front where the sewer was located. It wasn’t the cheapest option, probably the most expensive but to not destroy my whole house it was worth the money. I recommend John Marra and his crew, they explained everything to us in detail so there were no surprises.

Did the demo work so the actual piping could begin. He was there about an hour or less. A bit pricey but quality work is worth it 👍

As one of many who have been dealing with the stress and frustration of the hurricane sandy aftermath - the process (rebuild/NY Rising) etc. After hearing horror stories about contractors, subcontractors, lifters...and so on; I have had no issues with any of it, and am both lucky and grateful. The technician, Allen, came with a helper around 9 o’clock. Both of them worked straight (not even stopping to eat lunch) to around 3 o’clock. They used their professional skill to finish the project efficiently. Well done. It is little pricey but worth it. No further headaches 😁.

Allied/All City Plumbing is a 6 Star company! They really are efficient and know their stuff. They diagnosed the problem quickly and with accuracy.
My sewer line was broken in two places. The sewer line was choking on roots from a tree on the county strip.

The town removed the tree and ground the stump down. Meanwhile Allied/All city filled out all the permits required by Nassau County. Then I was told to get them notarized. This was a well oiled machine at work.

Then on last Thursday it was repaired by 3 professional plumbers. I did
take a deep breath when the backhoe was on the lawn taking a big scoop of my lawn in its jaws. This was a very well orchestrated affair. It all went well.

Had big water leak out on crub of house. Contacted insurance company, and they in turned contacted plumbing company. Took a while for things to come together but, when it did, Allied / All city Inc. Great service and repair work. They fixed my broken shower and kitchen sink and did not overcharge me. They were prompt and professional. They sent me a plumber {Santos} who was great and made repairs in a timely and professional way. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Very professional operation, the guys came and replaced our sewer line from inside our home to the main outside. They protected our floors from being damaged and also were at our home earlier than expected! They were able to complete the job in one day and with no interruptions. We had a minor issue that appeared a few months later and John and Tony were quick to send out the guys to see what was the problem. In less than the time expected our issue was resolved and you couldn't even tell they were there.

Allied All city came to replaced a chronic water leak coming out of underground pipe. They came promptly with several men. The completed a very big job in two full days . They were efficient and cleaned the piles of cement. The Forman call more men in to complete a job that usually woul take 4 days I recommend this company. They also were excellent responding to our calls

We had a very frightening situation where the ground in our yard unexpectedly collapsed. Allied/All City sent an amazing crew that located, dug up and filled a very old cesspool that we had no idea was there. They did a wonderful job and left our yard looking great. My compliments to Mario, Julio and Jonathan. They are a fantastic crew. Rob in the office did a great job of communicating and scheduling so that the issue was remedied as quickly as possible. I would use Allied/All City again and would feel confident recommending them to others.

This company is the cheaper and better alternative for your plumbing needs.. I first called other "better" more expensive plumbers in my area that were recommended by my neighbors but they were hours late and stupidly priced..($613.00 to provide and change my shower cartridge. Yeah but no thank you)
4 times I've called allied and at most they were 15 minutes late.. But best of all I got the courtesy call when they will be arriving so I can at least run to the supermarket for a minute for food with out missing my appointment..
I can go on and on but call them and see for yourself.

The person on the phone was polite, caring and made the terms of service clear. The plumber who can to the house, Carlos, was honest with me from the beginning and fair. He worked hard, listened to my concerns and cleaned up when finishing. He took time on his way out to make sure I knew what else he could do if I need more assistance. Carlos and the staff were terrific!!

The existing sewer line at my home in Bethpage, Long Island was more than 30 years old and needed immediate replacement. The sewer line passed below the garage floor, the driveway and the landscaping. I had been postponing the work for years, considering the cost involvement and the mess that it would create.
