Just had a home inspection with John, he was super personable, super professional, and super thorough. He told me the good the bad and the ugly, but he explained everything in a way that was understandable and approachable for any home owner. He made the process enjoyable even though it can be stressful! He treated the home with respect to both the current owner and me the buyer! We went through everything top to bottom. a few hours after the walk through I received his inspection report which is organized and easy to follow and easy to store in my file for future use as the home buying process can take a while. I would highly recommend all pro inspection to any home buyer. He went through the property with me as if he was buying it for himself!
