The staff here are absolutely wonderful especially Ally (Alexandria) she is such a sweetheart and they try their best to accommodate their clients needs. Would definitely recommend this storage unit facility to everyone!

Couldn't ask for a nicer storage facility. And the staff is very accommodating.

Prices I could say are fair $99 for 10x10x12 it's safe and secure.

You get a verity of sized storages along with a secure surrounding. It’s also pretty cheap

Staff is always super friendly and extremely helpful when I first got my unit I got the wrong size and ( I forget her name in the office in so sorry) was quick to get the issue resolved. Now to the Uhaul portion she is absolutely amazing I come in weekly for a trailer and she knows this, and always has one for me. I have never had an issue at all here best place I have ever rented from. My only complaint is that it is a little pricey but security and cleanliness kind of makes up for it.

AMAZING customer service. Very clean and pest free. Safe place to store, they have cameras everywhere that run 24/7. Highly recommended for all storage and U-Haul needs.

Manager resolved my issue, but they should work a little bit better on making sure that their accounts are up to date so that way people aren't locked out of their units. All in all, I've only had this 1 issue throughout my several months of renting. Clean place, located close to post, well lit at night and easy access with your security code 24/7. Only thing that needs improving is communication.

Price is a little expensive but it's an ok place

Updating my review because the owner quickly resolved my issue. He acted very respectfully over the phone and explained the situation. It was something on behalf of MY bank and have since fixed the issue, he was even willing to remove the late fee since it was an issue out of our hands. Their primary office is at a different location so if they’re not there, try at the other place to catch a staff member. Joe is very willing to work with the local community and build a relationship with the Costumers.
