Craig and Keith were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. Keith took the time to make sure everything was installed properly, walked us through the system, and made sure we were completely comfortable with everything before they left.

Moving into a new home comes with a million things to worry about, and having Craig and Keith get our security taken care of gave us one less thing to think about. Really appreciate the quality of their work and the level of service. Highly recommend All Action Alarm!

All Action Alarm recently installed a new alarm system for us which incorporated the sensors from our prior wired system and supplemented them with several wireless sensors. We are very happy with the new system. Tom, the technician who installed the system, did a great job.

I want to thank Tom for helping me out when my alarm battery died and it was a holiday weekend. He was extremely helpful and patient because I had no idea where the alarm was plugged in in my basement. I was concerned about leaving my house because I had set my alarm the night before and when I woke up the battery was dead. He assured me that opening the door would not set off the alarm. He also sent me a picture of where in the basement the alarm was plugged in. I feel he went above and beyond customer service and calmed my fears.
