Our service Tom K. Is the best. He’s so helpful, punctual, clean and polite. He’s an asset to this company. I would request to have him, we would even wait for an appointment. Outstanding service. Communication was great and the tech who installed our new system was neat, professional and very knowledgeable. The office staff was great too. As an additional bonus, the owner showed up on the job and explained the whole process to us and really made us comfortable. AAA was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. in addition, we were told about a water sensor to put in the basement in case we had water entering and thank god we did! the other day my alarm went off and it was the water sensor! we had a clogged waste line (or so we thought) and the slop sink in the basement backed up. Turns out it was the cesspool being full and starting to back up. luckily we avoided that mess and it was 100% due to having the water sensor connected to the alarm. HIGHLY recommend all action alarm and definitely get the water sensor!!!
