All Action Alarm

I had my annual inspection done today (1/16/25) and my technician Keith H was very pleasant. He answered all my questions and reassured me of any doubts I may have had on my security system’s alarm process. He was very considerate of his surroundings and did his best not to inconvenience us while he worked. I would definitely recommend All Action Alarms if all their technicians are like Keith. He let me know when he was going to arrive, the approximate time needed for the installation and was incredibly knowledgeable about the system we had installed. He went above and beyond to make sure all the features were working properly and took care to ensure I was comfortable with the operating procedure and all the features. The whole process was outstanding starting with Craig, who came to do the initial consult advise me and guide me through the proper security and home automation systems. Then, when the team came, they were scheduled for three days four days. They finished in two they were amazing group of guys very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they put in the system, but they took the time to sit and show me how to use the app and the website and every question that I had the answer outstanding and low respects.
