All Action Alarm was solid from start to finish. Pricing was totally reasonable and they were open to a custom design that actually fit what I needed instead of trying to upsell me. The install team… Tom and Keith were conscientious, professional, and took their time to get everything right. I’d definitely recommend them.

Monique helped me resolve an issue with my alarm setup—my motion detectors were triggering when I tried to arm the system because of the dogs—and she handled it flawlessly.

Monique jumped right in, stayed on it, and figured out how to properly configure the scenes so I can use “Sleep” at night and “Away” when I leave, with the motion detectors automatically bypassed. It may have been something that changed with a recent Alarm.com update, but either way, she took ownership and got it fixed quickly and efficiently.

Beyond that, she was pleasant, professional, and followed through every step of the way. You’re really lucky to have someone like Monique on your team—she’s a fantastic representative of your business.
