Sent me an e-mail on January 16 at 8:58pm asking for a phone number and a time I’d be available for an interview, I replied that I’d be available on the 18th *after 12pm* for a phone interview at 9:15pm and he replied at 9:19pm with “ok I’ll call you Thursday then, thanks”, only for him completely ghost *as in, did not reach out until further on during the day* me on said day and e-mailed me at 11pm *was writing this at 11pm unsure why I wrote 11pm, he sent the email at 4:30pm* after not even calling saying “The position got filled this morning. Sorry for the inconvenience. Wish you all the best.”

You do not make a commitment, then not follow through with it, especially when it’s professional matters such as interviews. It was super unprofessional and distasteful.

Update: Dr. Ali called me today to apologize for the situation and I was very impressed that he cared enough to follow up with me. He provided a resolution that worked for both of us and I am satisfied.

I was referred for sleep apnea. I have a $60.00 co-pay for specialist office visits. I paid that. The visit lasted maybe 5 minutes and I was told they would check for insurance approval. The next call received was to pick up the items needed for the sleep study. 1 day before my follow up appt I was called to pay on a balance of $235. I was unaware that the sleep study was not covered. I called my insurance provider and they stated the procedure was not covered because I had not met my deductible. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. When I walked into the clinic, I am not greeted whatsoever. The females at the front desk sit and finish their entire conversation before looking at me and wait for me to greet them. The level of professionalism is catastrophic. I answer a call from the Ali lung clinic to “hey girl” from the receptionist. It doesn’t stop there. I had to call 7 times to get a prescription through and had to reschedule my appointment due to these people not doing their job.
