Ali Lung Clinic PC and Sleep Center

Great doctor, great stuff and great customer service!

My mom has been to this facility on multiple occasions and each time was a horrible experience. She came to her scheduled appointment and had to wait over 30 minutes because the receptionist told her 10 but later told her the doctor dont come in till 10:30. Another time she came and no one was here for her appointment, a little later 2 of the workers came with food in their hands like nothing happened. They don't communicate effectively, and not to mention the bathroom. My mom was like first patient here and it was not busy so there is no reason the bathroom looked the way it did. It looked like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in days and the water didn't even work to wash your hands.

My doctor sent a referral. I called, but they could not find it. So it's resent. I call again for an appointment. Unhappy sounding lady asks name and DOB. " I haven't got the referral " ok where is it, it's been sent twice. " probably with the scheduler, she's not in today, call back "
Hopeless! Lost my business.
When you have breathing difficulties, losing referrals and not having staff to do their jobs is ridiculous.

Dr. Ali helped me out today by fitting me into his busy schedule. He made sure my information was all up to date for my insurance. Even though my last visit was two years ago, he squared me away. Dr. Ali is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend his services.

Dr Ali is one of the only Dr's who came into the room demonstrating some understanding of my mother's relatively rare underlying condition. I get the impression he is highly qualified and takes time to learn all he can about the patient. He was caring and clear. The entire office staff was kind and attentive.
