Great experience with this company. Our AC quit working during the several consecutive days over 110 streak we experienced July 2023 here in PHX. Tom, the sales manager, was at my house within three hours of a Saturday morning phone call to AirTime. We knew we wanted to replace the broken unit, which was over 20 years old & undersized for our home. Tom conducted a thorough assessment, gave a fair price quote, and even provided a small portable AC to hold us over until the new install could be done. The new install happened exactly a week later. Installers were on time, answered all questions, and were highly responsive to an adjustment needed on the condensation run-off set-up. VERY friendly, professional & competent. I reserve my highest recommendation for AirTime for an outstanding experience.
