Jordan & Vinny were very professional, arrived on time, took their time to do the right install for our unit. We will definitely use them again for our AC cooling and heating issues. Tim, the sales person was also very professional, not pushy, gave us options and answered our questions truefully. We are happy with our new AC Carrier 16-seer unit, it’s delivering the cool air as promised. Thank you all for a great experience.

Technician (Tim) was excellent

Quickest response time and the nicest employees. Answered their phone at 9pm on a Saturday night at showed up at 9am the next morning. The guy we worked with fixed the issue in 10 minutes and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. 10/10 recommend.

Tim came out on a hot Sunday. He found the problem and fixed our a/c. Tim was very knowledgeable. Airtime is always great.

8/10/24: Another great interaction with AirTime. A/C not cooling at a rental property in Tempe. Called around 10am on a Saturday. Tina was great and very helpful and got us scheduled for that day between noon and 2pm. Tim from AirTime arrived as scheduled and was extremely efficient and friendly. The unit is on the roof, and he took pictures and explained the issue to me. He had it fixed very quickly, and cool air was flowing out of the vents again. Tim was great! He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained things clearly to me. Thanks for the great customer service!

My dad is 92 and my mom 88. Axel was so kind and helpful while replacing their AC motor. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He got the job done and worked late to make my folks happy and comfortable in 115 degree weather. Thank you so much Axel!!

Called on Sunday had someone out on Monday and work was completed on Wednesday. Garrett was prompt and did the work in a timely manner, and explained every thing that needed and was done. AirTime Cooling you have gained a new customer.

Quick and honest!

I appreciate the service I got from Tim today. He set up some room sensors for my Ecobee thermostat that will help me monitor warmer rooms as well as adjusted some vents for me. Very professional and you can tell he likes what he does. I also want to say that Tina who works the from desk is also great and I appreciate her as well.

I contacted AirTime after being referred from a friend/coworker. Service is top notch. I was able to get someone out the following morning and check over my entire system. I was not upsold and told I needed a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. The tech came and checked over everything and said my system is in good shape, told me the year, told me all the moving parts that were inside, and which were the best filters to use. I am definitely going to keep AirTime in my list to use in the future.
