Derek knew exactly what to address on my unit and was really good at explaining my options. Air is working great now.

Everyone we dealt with at AirTime was very professional and responsive. The office communicated well, the estimate meeting was very informative, and the installers were very thorough and explained things well when they were done.

I called and needed service on short notice and Garrett showed up on time, was helpful and knowledgeable, also was able to work around another team I had there working on some stuff. Highly recommend.

This should have been six stars if there was such a level. It was because of the bad experience with the person at the office that it is a 4 star. In reality it could be a three star because of that experience. The individual at the office was very insulting at best has no business being in that position. Overall this company does great work and the technicians have always been the best.

Needed emergent service and they delivered. Professional, honest and reasonably priced. They were recommend by my contractor and have been using them professionally and personally. Will use again.

AirTime responded to my Sunday night request for serving Monday morning at 7:30am. They set a service appointment for 4-6pm that day; showed up at 3:30pm and replaced the foully capacitor within 30 minutes. Our home was cool again within 2hrs.

My A/C popped a capacitor and started blowing hot air, and they were able to send out a tech and repair it the same day. Really happy with how responsive they were.

There were able to come fix our AC within 12 hours which was great. But the rate was $360 for 40 minutes of work as the part was under warranty. This seems excessive, but what are you going to do, you need your AC working.

I called AirTime to service one unit and call them back when the other needed help. I'll call them again when the need arises. I found a service company I like.
