AirTime installed our new AC/heating system in May of 2023. There was one "slight" issue with the install, but they sent someone out immediately to rectify the situation. Being a new system, there were a couple differences between our old unit and this new unit, but AirTime sent a rep out to ensure all was well with the units. Their pricing was more reasonable than we expected, and slightly lower than all other quotes we had received. We could have spent more on a higher end unit, but AirTime told us to save our money, which was unexpected from a sales perspective. As an added bonus (and not what we had with a previous new unit/company we no longer use), your first 2 services (summer/winter checkups) are complimentary! again, I have to say how surprised I am with the quick response to my phone call on a Sunday for service needed at a rental house. very next day Jacob showed up as scheduled, diagnosed, kept me informed as well as my tenant as to what we needed to do and within 24 hours I have a new AC unit up on the roof and running. Great team of guys. Ashton, who came to do the original quote, was polite and informative. I got several quotes and this one was the best in terms of price with warranty. Got two units (trane) replaced- still a big chunk of change. No regrets on going with this company!

Winter has come and time to start the furnace. Called and they had a serviceman here with in the hour. Got it working right away and changed my filters. Wry happy. Nice and warm now
