AirTime and its professionals are #1. Often it isn't what goes right during service but what goes wrong and is made right.
Some big points that made this a stellar transaction. 1. AirTime had the best price of several companies I called on a new Trane system. 2. They had me scheduled quickly for install on my occupied rental unit during the height of summer. 3. They had exceptional customer service and communication with me and my tenant. 4. They installed a unit that was defective HOWEVER...they responded to a 2am text from my tenant that the air was not working after the install, assessed the system was bad, scheduled a crane for the next day, and had a brand new system in by 7am the next morning.

I cannot thank them enough for their care and service. Job well done!

Excellent service and great customer service at Airtime

I believe that it was Garret who checked on a small leak of condensation from our AC unit. Garret checked the situation out thoroughly, checking to make certain that there was not a blockage to the condensation drainage system. He attached insulation to an elbow in the copper pipe that led to the collection pan. He then did a water test and the system seems to be working well to drain condensation. His safety check gave my father and myself a lot of peace of mind. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I came home from work and realized my house was extremely warm on a hot August day. I called AirTime and immediately spoke with a very friendly receptionist. She was able to get a technician, Garret, out to me within a few hours. Garrett called and was able to come even earlier, so I only had to wait about 30 minutes. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any AC needs.

I love this company! I have never waited for a person to come out. I make a call and within 2-3 hrs. a technician is there. They are thorough, professional and best of all client orientated. Tim, was absolutely amazing! I will never go to another company again. Air Time rocks!!

Another awesome experience with Airtime. Tina was great in getting someone out timely to fix our drain pan clog. Tim the tech was great as well. Very informative of the issue, thoroughly explained what he did to resolve it, and how to prevent it from happening again. I’ll only call Airtime for my heating and cooling needs.

Service was excellent and prompt. Tim, our technician, was on time and provided us his expert assessment of our HVAC issue. Pricing was good and not over priced. Tim explained everything he was doing and his recommendation. Well pleased of AirTime and will call on them again.

I called AirTime thru a referral from a family member after my AC stopped working in the middle of August. They scheduled me that evening during on call hours and Axel showed up at my door with a friendly smile on his face. From the time that I called to the time everything was fixed and Axel was out the door it was less than 2 hours. I can’t recommend AirTime enough! AirTime is amazing. Garret serviced my unit today for routine maintenance, he was very timely, knowledgeable, and responded to all of my questions. What a great company from purchasing my new unit three years ago to the regular maintenance they provide. Highly recommend them!!

did get the problem fixed just had to get a part for my little over 2 1/2 yr old Trane so a Trane can be stopped
8/15/24 Just had my unit serviced was suppose have a credit for referral Brian told me! Haven't been able to use it Yet? Tina was suppose to check into it I guess she forgot? Another thing on my list again!

Update: Had a glitch under warranty, but Tim , Ashton, and Airtime Cooling and Heating were awesome with a quick response time as well as going the extra mile to cover all the bases. I highly recommend.
Original: The follow up with Tim was great, he was exceptional. He took care of the issues and answered my questions. I originally became aware of Airtime Cooling and Heating by watching the owner on a fishing show with Johnny Johnson. He seemed like an honest down to earth guy, so I thought I would give the company a try. I am glad I did. They installed a whole new system and I’m looking forward to years of efficient service.

Quick response, showed up on time would use them again

Jordan & Vinny were very professional, arrived on time, took their time to do the right install for our unit. We will definitely use them again for our AC cooling and heating issues. Technician (Tim) was excellent

Quickest response time and the nicest employees. Answered their phone at 9pm on a Saturday night at showed up at 9am the next morning. The guy we worked with fixed the issue in 10 minutes and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. 10/10 recommend.

Tim came out on a hot Sunday. He found the problem and fixed our a/c. Tim was very knowledgeable. Airtime is always great.
