Since we’ve only been in our home for less than 2 years, we felt it was important to take advantage of AirTime’s drain cleaning and inspection special. Our plumbing technician was Kyle and he ran a thorough check on our drains. He even invited me to watch the monitor while he fed the camera through the drain canals. Quite fascinating!

I found Jacob Latin to be friendly and very knowledgeable.

AC Repair Service:
Jacob was excellent. He knew all about the system he was called in for. He was also very honest and frank. He gave me great advice on not to try repair a Split system AC, but to replace it if it is close to 8-10 years of age. And I opted to take his advice.

Jacob L arrived on time for our Summer service. Our new unit was serviced at no charge. Our older unit was serviced and Jacob found an issue with the high voltage line. There is a plastic elbow that goes through a hole in the sheet metal. Part of this was broken allowing wires to rub/vibrate against the sharp sheet metal. Jacob quickly repaired the problem.

Got 5 quotes to replace 5 ton Heat Pump on 2 story house. Talked to John on the new unit specs, warranties, install practices/time frame, how long company in business, as well as BBB, ROC and company Google reviews. I had already looked up BBB, ROC and company Google reviews so in talking to John found John to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Worked with John to negotiate a fair price (During the install called John for price to install 2 new T-Bar return grill and he gave me a very fair price - no gouging). Next day Vince the Installation Manager and I met at the house to perform a walk through of where new unit was to be installed, so he could verify access, etc. Before entering the house Vince put on booties which is considerate and professional. By now I'd asked John and Vince many questions which they answered and they were consistent therefore giving me more...

If you don’t want to be “taken to the bank” - like many of the Phoenix area AC companies do, this is the company to use. Honest, responsive, great technicians and overall excellent customer service. My wife have used a lot of AC service companies in the past; hence, I am speaking from experience!

Jacob was very thorough about his inspection and what he was doing.
I perceived him of being very high character and I recommend him and airtime cooling and heating.

Overall, everyone was very professional. I appreciate Garrett walking in the house with a shoe cover. I find it very polite. I noticed that he is the only one that did this.I worked with Air time cooling for many years for my ac tune up. This year, we had to replace one of the ac units because it was obsolete. I waited 6 years to replace it and every year, they said, it might break. It didn't. I just couldn't risk it this summer so I went ahead and replaced it. I spoke to Joe who I made the deal with. He was upfront and gave me a very fair deal. The technicians came out and replaced the ac like a pro. It was a very clean job. I cant imagine what they had to go through to get access to my unit but they did.

I would have given a 4 stars just because part of my deal with Joe, they will update my thermostat so it is compatible with my sensi app. I talked to the tech Zander...

I wish I remembered his name, but since I don’t, I would like to thank the young man that came to my house today to help me with my air conditioning problem. He was more than polite, worked his magic in a very short time. I would recommend this company to anyone.
