Air Time Cooling and Heating was very responsive to our AC outage. (due to electrical outage and resulting damage to the AC). Their technician arrived on the same day as our request. He was very personable and he had our AC running within an hour.

We are purchasing a home in the Mesa area and needed an HVAC Inspection, and thankfully AirTime Cooling & Heating was available for the time frame needed. Our inspector was Darek, and went over the entire health inspection, pointing out some key points to be aware of for consideration. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done, and my wife and I clearly understood what was being discussed. Now we have a great go to service location whenever needed! I have been very impressed with this company. After several repairs and installs I have really come to trust them. They don’t try to upsell you, give honest diagnosis of what needs fixing, even if it means they don’t make much and have always given fair prices. Highly recommend.

Checked everything out, serviced units. Very thorough and efficient. Offered suggestions on ways to save money by using scheduling function on thermostats. Didn't try to up-sell me any additional "services" (special filters, soft starters, fan cleaning, monthly membership, etc.) like some companies.

Great company... Been using for year.

What a great experience! From the courteous scheduling to the prompt service. Four hours after I called I was enjoying the cool air of our repaired AC. Jacob is a great ambassador for AirTime and I’m sure he’s a treasured employee. He is an expert technician and had our problem diagnosed within 5 minutes. After the repair he checked all the systems and was polite, a great communicator, and we are now a loyal customers because of him.

Called at 8 PM thinking I’d leave a message for a return call in the morning. Pleasantly surprised when I was able to speak with a kind gentleman who set up a call for the next day - Jacob arrived at noon checked the easy stuff of course that wasn’t it. Got out his schematics started talking to himself next thing I know it’s working, lol. This is my second interaction with Jacob what a great representation of Airtime they are my go to and should be yours too. I rarely leave reviews but this TEAM NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED. MANY THANKS.

I highly recommend AirTime cooling & heating. Very happy with their services. Whenever the air conditioner needs a yearly preventative maintenance done or a possible issue with the unit the company is quick to respond and does an excellent job. The technicians are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Tim as the technician giving me an assessment of my current system. He was very informative, pleasant, patient with all my questions and Even took the time to walk with me around my home as I asked questions about the cooling in different rooms. He had great recommendations to improve my cooling system today. My dog was even out and he was kind to him as I put him away. I would definitely recommend all of my friends to use this company and specifically ask for Tim. As a new homeowner it's very helpful to have someone educate you and you don't feel like you're being scammed. I'm so pleased with the help I received today and will continue to use this company in the future.

I deleted my original comments and am reposting a new review. I had a tech come out and do the semi-annual maintenance on my two yr old system. He suggested I put a new starter kit on the system,based on some readings. However I very uncomfortable knowing that it was a fairly new unit. I got a phone call from Ashton, very nice gentlemen that explained to me in details what the reasons why the tech suggested it. I felt it was very genuine and they were being truly honest and not trying to sell unnecessary products to customers I will continue to use them and recommend them to my colleagues.

We had a little confusion on the correct address of the plumbing problem, but we got it sorted out and AirTime completed the work in a shorter time than estimated. Jacob & Tim were very professional, polite and courtesy. I appreciate their efforts and the AirTime staff efforts to resolve our water heater issue on the day we called them. Thank you for the water heater replacement service.
