When AirTime first cameout they answered our questions and had options for our needs. AirTime did a great job installing our new variable speed Trane unit and were very professional. They also put in a scoop to divert more air into or home office which was always hotter than the rest of the home and it worked to cool that room better. The new Trane system works great with the variable speed that does not cause hot/cool spots in our home. They also closed off our removed evap units ducts with only a materials charge.

Everything was excellent with this service. I was able to get an appointment within an hour of calling and the lady hit was to t beautifully. The technician named Dan was excellent; he was polite, informative and very effective in fixing the unit.

The techs communicated every step and completed their task efficiently.

The three guys that came out were very friendly & professional. They were careful to cover the floor and clean up after they were done.

Bottom line, I will not be using anyone other than AirTime for my AC units. Everything from start to finish was excellent with these guys. They came out same day (granted this was off season), but immediately they assessed what was wrong and the knowledge and professionalism was off the charts. They were the best deal with the best quality. And not only that but job completion was done super timely as well! I highly highly recommend! I would give 10 stars if that was an option.

Derek visited my property at 6pm and quickly diagnosed the issue. Then with proper explanation he replaced a fan motor and AC is working okay. Big help on hot day

Brian Boyer, the owner, is quite blunt and honest. We had his crew come out for a prepurchase inspection and quickly the tech noticed that one unit was completely dead. They wrote their bid and in the end win the replacement job.
Brian worked with us for a month while we worked through escrow. He had his team install the new unit and even advanced the SRP rebate and took that off the bill upfront.
Overall as of now, I would gladly use them again. They are attentive, they are respectful and work fast. James was the lead installer on my job and is grade A in my book. Ian, the guy that performed service on the other unit is also pretty good. He’s quick and has these things singing right now.
I can’t complain about these guys. I’ll update the review if the system goes sideways, but I do not see that happening.

Air Time Cooling and Heating was very responsive to our AC outage. (due to electrical outage and resulting damage to the AC). Their technician arrived on the same day as our request. He was very personable and he had our AC running within an hour.

We are purchasing a home in the Mesa area and needed an HVAC Inspection, and thankfully AirTime Cooling & Heating was available for the time frame needed. Our inspector was Darek, and went over the entire health inspection, pointing out some key points to be aware of for consideration. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done, and my wife and I clearly understood what was being discussed. Now we have a great go to service location whenever needed!
