Outstanding preseason checkup on my AC unit by AirTime Cooling and Heating. I have relied on this company for several years. Jacob completed a thorough inspection of the AC unit and then briefed me on his findings and the results of the tests he performed on the unit!!! I highly recommend Airtime!!

Had a new AC system installed. Zander sent me a text message the day before confirming start time of 6 AM. Zander and Jordan arrived as promised. After brief introductions and a quick review of the work to be performed, they quickly went to work. Early afternoon, they were done. Great job! Zander provided an overview of the completed work, cleaned up and were off.
These guys know how to get the job done right, and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty! Highly recommended.

I did NOT get any service done with them however their customer was exceptional and even recommended another company that could help me sooner. I appreciate care that they took to answer all my questions as well.

First thing I want to say is Brian at Air Time has been great in his approach to customers on open and reasonable on installation bids. The Company install on my unit was June 2021. I have as a very satisfied customer I have recommended Air Time and Brain to five different customers three of them used Brain and was very satisfied. Brain after the first year sent out a technician for a complete health inspection on A/C & Heat.
I was very impressed with the follow up and service by his Techs.
I followed up the second and third year with his service check request on A/C & Heat. The service tech on the last two years of checks was Garret.
Great service and great on clean up. So I want to just let you know I was a little taken back on the recent call I had.

Highly recommend I made an estimate appointment and the installation purchase and appointment. No games no sales pressure no unwanted adds on like ‘ membership. I needed a new unit in my roof. I got my Trane unit and saved almost $ 2,000 from the next bid got 3 blind bids the other larger companies couldn’t touch the price I paid same unit proceeded my utility company rebate for me big time savings ! Ashton came out and did our initial consult for a new AC unit. Our unit came with the house (2008) and was not doing well. He had the quote before he even left our house. They were able to schedule us quickly. We had Tim and two other gentleman come out to install today. They did amazing. Cleaned up the house after they were done and made sure to explain what our next steps would be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our heat went out. I called AirTime at 8:30am and they were out by 10am. Derek diagnosed and took care of the issue in no time. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I'll definitely call them again for maintenance or repair.

We live in a senior community. Called Air Time this a.m. and Jacob came before noon today. He was honest, professional, patient & we felt comfortable with him our home. Turned out it was our bad thermostat causing our A/C problems. The companies pricing was fair. Highly recommend them.

Jacob was excellent, stepping us through the troubleshooting he was doing. We had two problems, a blown fuse and a bad contactor, so it was a harder one. Our AC has been running well since.
