Had our ac go out over the 4th of July weekend. Within a week airtime replaced both our units complete. I had shopped around and airtime by far checked all the boxes. Price, support, communication and promptness. They made this easy and painless. Would recommend!

When my air conditioning failed during a sweltering 116°F heatwave, Ashton came to provide a quote. He was highly professional and not at all pushy. Aston took the time to explain my current setup and recommended the best unit for my needs. The new unit was installed the very next day, with a crane arriving at my house at 3 AM. I was extremely impressed by their promptness, which meant my family didn't have to leave our home.

The technicians who installed the unit were Vince & Duke and they were also equally professional and accommodating. They ensured our new thermostat was properly connected to our app and made sure everything was functioning correctly. Overall, I am very pleased with their excellent service.

My AC went out at the worse time. The hottest time of the season (117⁰) in July. From my first call to Bruce, same day follow up and bid from Ashton (the owner), and installation by Vince and James two days earlier than first scheduled, at every step of the way, they were informative, honest, professional, and on time. The labor warranty was double what the competition offered with 2 free service calls each year for 2 years. They even brought me a loaner room cooler that made the living space livable until they could replace my unit. I cannot give these guys enough kudos. I highly recommend AirTime. We moved to Arizona a couple of years ago from another state where I was in the HVAC business for over 25 years. Well the time had come where we needed to replace our A/C unit so we got several quotes. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the sales department at AirTime, we decided on a highly efficient Trane System. They were also recommended by a friend. I did some research and the price they gave me was very reasonable and I felt comfortable going with them.
We set a date and the install crew showed up on time. Being retired from the hvac business I planned on being very picky about everything, well they blew me away and exceeded my expectations
These guys went out of their way to make sure everything looked and worked perfectly.
Also had a service call, tripped breaker on a very hot day. A service tech showed up the same day and...

AirTime has been amazing to work with starting with the purchase and install of our Trane system a few years ago. They have performed the periodic maintenance and most recently a service call during the extreme heat and a very busy time. AirTime Cooling and Heating:
We just had two air conditioners replaced this morning by AirTime Cooling and Heating. One of our units died, and we have been surviving on only one. Not only did they give us the best price out of 4 bids, they were here with crew at 5am this morning and were done, cleaned up and ready to leave by 10am (we let them come early because of the extreme heat we are having.)
