Aidan is an excellent communicator - which I appreciate so much - I don’t need to track him down. He reached out to me with updates before I even asked. During the initial site visit he explained in detail what he can do and how he planned to do it. He really knows his stuff - been doing this since 5th grade. I didn’t even realize you could vacuum out gutters. He gave me a reasonable price to clean the exterior of my Mom’s house and vacuum the gutters. We were able to work out an acceptable date for the work to be done. He showed up when he said he would. He told me how long it would take and got to work. He never stopped working. The 2 men who came out were professional, polite and respectful. Called Aidan to get an estimate for pressure washing done at our home. He arrived on time for the scheduled estimate, walked me through how he planned to clean the concrete and wood areas in our under deck area and provided me a reasonable estimate. He showed up the next day, on time and began the work. He did a great job cleaning the concrete pad and wood structure. Everything was bright and clean when he was done.
