i really like ahp servicing. they pay my interest payment as agreed every month.

I appreciate AHP because of the monthly dividends - would like it more if I could contribute more money - fund is currently closed

I am very happy with the consistent and high returns, this is my primary driver as a passive income investor. I would suggest working on the quality of your website and dashboard in terms of ease of use and content (I am still waiting for an investment agreement document to be added). I would also suggest providing investors with the tax return forms earlier than last year, as it was almost last minute and too close to the filing deadline. Overall great job with keep our returns high and steady!

You need to offer more transparency if you would like me to invest significant dollars. This means quarterly financials and investor calls.

Everything has been great. My only criticism is that my most recent contribution took 1 month before it was invested. This would have been less of an issue had there been regular communication regarding the matter.

I enjoy investing my IRA with AHP servicing because of the 10% return and the ease that their staff makes it happen. Great communication, great staff, good returns!

I am a fan because you (AHP) have paid on time. I have recommended investing with you to other people I know, which I guess is the highest compliment I can give. I can deal with possibly losing my money, but I would feel very bad if any funds were lost for those I referred. I also had a chance to talk with Jorge Newberry, and although I have only met him on the phone, I have a higher degree of confidence in him due to some common threads in our upbringing in CA and for shared experiences with financial loss. I don't know how much he is involved with the company still, but I hope he still has some involvement.

This investment has been an on-going source of satisfaction to me, knowing that my money is being put to work to keep people in their homes.
