When I speak with corporate it is just wonderful. On the other hand the people that run Brittany are mean and all about what they will not do. Michael arrogant and rides around in his cart smoking and telling everyone what he wont do. Sabina in the office does not answer calls and tells us what the association is not responsible. I have had a bad leak in my apartment and I knocked on Liz's door I was told that is not an office. She has gardening all around her unit and we are all told we cannot have a garden. They make living here very uncomfortable for many. The rules are theirs.

The people at corporate are very nice. The people that run my community are mean and make their own rules. I feel like they are against us. They can plant behind their units we cannot. It is not warm and fuzzy please help!’n

I just informed Maria that I mailed the check for HOA dues for Jan to Mar 1st week of Jan 2026 then talked to lady of ur company name Monika n previous HOA co they said no problem but they returned the Ck last week to me then I send the ck for Jan to June to Tampa n Maria said it’s ok
