Maria was so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very patient. She willingly helped me with my account inquiries. Maria was very accommodating from the very beginning to the end -- and she was able to address what I needed help with. I found that Maria presented herself as kind, personable, definitely knowledgeable, and on point! She appeared to know what she was doing -- and is professionally on top of her game!

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with the newest property manager John Duran at Venetia Groves Homestead. Having a property manager who is professional, respectful, responsive, and attentive to residents’ needs makes a big difference in creating a comfortable living environment. Good communication, timely responses to maintenance requests, and treating residents with fairness and respect are all important qualities in property management.

I appreciate the efforts made to maintain the community and address residents’ concerns. I hope that management continues to work toward making this a safe, clean, and welcoming place for all residents.

Navigating rental applications can sometimes be stressful, but the team at Affinity Management made it an absolute breeze. A huge thank you to Maria, who assisted me throughout the process. She was exceptionally professional, polite, and patient, ensuring I had all the information I needed to complete everything correctly. Exceptional service!

To my surprise I was able to speak with an agent who was very professional and make me feel that I was listening to. The agent is Hernan Santamaria and is the kind of person that makes a difference in a place of work that deals with public. Kee Moving Forward.

It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping residents and follows through to get things resolved. I’m very happy to have Affinity Management, and particularly Jeremy, taking over the association at Kings Point in Delray Beach.

Thank you, Jeremy, for the outstanding service and for going the extra mile. It is truly appreciated! Highly recommend!
