From first contact to job complete, Advanced Level Roofing (ALR) has been courteous, efficienct, and professional.

We were first contacted at our front door by Ryan, a door to door sales associate who was polite and professional. No doubt he was able to determine from the look of our shingles that we were in fact, in desparate need of a new roof. We were definitely a "soft target" however in spite of the obvious need, he wasn't pushy or overbearing. It was clear that he was sympathetic to the added cost of a new roof and provided his best price, as well as a creative payment structure (for us, the invoice was paid upon completion of the work). ALR was willing to work with us on the initial deposit because we had been burned years earlier by a completely different and less than stellar contractor (at a different address).

Communication prior to and throughout the job was excellent and my questions were answered promptly through text, email or phone.

All insurances were in place for the job and WCB compliance was guaranteed.

It was obvious that the crew knew what they were there for, and the entire job, including the old material disposal, was wrapped up in a single day. Our yard was spotless at the end of their work day and the new shingles looked amazing.
